What has your guys' experience with desks been?
I bought the IKEA Micke a while back because I thought it'd be good to consolidate the space.
It was okay when I just had a spindly basic computer chair that spun and went up and down.
Once I got into bigger ergonomic chairs the tight approach the sides created made for the worst experience possible.
I was always hunching over my keyboard because I couldn't slide my aeron knockoff in and then it was even worse when I upgraded to the Steelcase Leap.
Now I have a an Uplift 4-Leg standing desk and it's the best thing ever.
I don't even like standing at my desk, never have, but being able to constantly fiddle with the height to prop my feet up or do anything I want while at my computer.
It feels as comfortable as laying out on a couch and then I can switch to productivity whenever.
And it only ever minimally wobbles at max height, which I just set it to to impress myself because it's simply too high.
What desks have you guys built or bought though?
