though it's not unreasonable to point out that any gamers epic enough to be this hilarious would likely face multiple perjury charges if caught.
 
The fix is simple:
  • All foreign entities must apply for an identifier from the FCC
  • All domestic entities must apply for an identifier from the FCC with their SSN / state corporation identification
  • All packets originating from someone or on behalf of someone bear their FCC ID
The problem of fake DMCAs is solved.
