The newfound blood in the water has spurred me to investigate again, however, and this time with far greater success.
RussiaDefence.net was not nearly as forthcoming when searching for posts from search engine queries alone, but I did notice his presence on DefenceForumIndia.com (archive). There is nothing noteworthy from these accounts other than verifying the match, as the extensive talk on Russian military line up with his own posts on the Happening threads here.
Paired with his fixation on the Ukraine war is perhaps an equally significant interest in VTubers. Search engine results eventually lead me to a forum thread titled "Russia has a large VTuber audience" (archive), and consequently, an account whose postings are near exclusively focused on VTubers and Russia. Additional threads that solidify the connection are his "Ukraine War Humor" thread (archive), of which he is the lone contributor, and "Russia developing their own Video Game consoles" (archive), a thread where he invites people to this forum to keep track of further Happenings.
Something of note on this site was when he took a stab at a possible Nyanners dox (archive); the rest of his posts, however, were a slog to skim through, as it was chock full of VTuber drama. Although I remain apathetic to whatever VTuber shit was discussed, it would appear @blackjack101 is quite infamous on /vt/:

@blackjack101 came in because somebody said his rants were "inane" on some other message board, got upset by insisting his rants were not inane by listing off a series of inane information, got upset when people said his information was inane anyway, then insisted the information was not inane because people were bringing up how inane the information was earlier.
He finishes by astroturfing his actions through stating how everyone else derailed the thread first when he was the one who escalated what was originally a dismissal of relevancy. Or, in other words, he derailed the thread because people said they didn't want to derail it. Said astroturfing was bookended by telling me to discipline everyone who disagreed with him at the cost of the thread suddenly dropping in quality. I responded by telling him I can see precisely what happened, saw that he was banned earlier for posting thirst in the thread, and noticed that other users discovered he obsesses over inane trivia revolving around V-tubers.
He is now banned for exactly one month from that specific thread and nowhere else. This is excessively generous, especially considering the strict rules of the V-tuber thread. He is welcome to make an appeal to Talk To Staff, but I anticipate the website admin to review the same posts and come to the conclusion a permanent ban is a more effective solution of preventing future infighting within the thread. The moderation log for the thread has the longest list of permabans I've personally ever seen. I still believe going for one month without talking about V-tubers specifically on Kiwi Farms for importing inane drama from another website is a fair response.

To make this statement more accurate. I have stated that a user was talking about some other discussion forum 2 or 3 times in which I stated I don't give a fuck and he can create an account there than spending his time in that thread talking about it 20 times, Than made a disclaimer (not telling a moderator what to do as one was claiming on that thread) that I take no further responsibility if that thread gets further derailed by other users wanting to talk about the subject of a forum that was not relevant in that thread. Nothing more, nothing less than I guess I get tagged here for making a comment on another thread to a user talking about his own ban questioning if some bans are BS and if appeals can be made.
