I thought I'd outline the actual process of how we found out his identity for anyone interested.

The first big breakthrough came when I found this result in a DuckDuckGo search:

It was the exact same Higgs Bonbon username, but under a real name.

Also, small detail that tipped me off is the account is gone. If you try to go to the link, you'll find that the page isn't available, which matches up with the pattern of him DFEing his other accounts that were found.

So with this name as a big lead, the next thing I tried was seeing if there was an Alexander Walsh in London, Ontario. That's when I found a couple of potential LinkedIn accounts beloning to an Alexander Walsh who lived in London, Ontario:

For the next step, we need to take a look in @notorietus's big summary post, he lists the following IP address found from a breach:

Usernames: Pedonymous, HiggsBonbon, Higgs_Bonbon, _Katze, Yoshinon, albinochao, GARmeister, ZipZerp

There's an interesting detail in this IP address. Here's the breach results of that IP:

You may notice that Higgs isn't the only person tied to it, there's also an Abigayle Green. @RadioactiveMonkeyMan picked up on this and did a little search on Facebook, here's what he found:

It turns out that one of Audeen Green's friends was one Alexander Walsh Green:

We indulged it because there was no other drama going on when the leak happened.
