You should go back and look at some of the earlier news pieces in this thread. The industry has already massively shifted. Entire car manufacturing facilities have dropped to half capacity. Some companies have cut million in orders from their manufacturers, while the larger players have paid billions to get their cargo through into storehouses before the August deadline.

This has more to do with market trends. Car lots nationwide are FILLED UP with old stock that isn't selling because its all overpriced.

First off, don't use the Walmart app. The Walmart app is using high traffic pricing and added fees. Go in person whenever possible for all stores. These apps are scams and always have been.

Secondly, Walmart is also run by globohomo shills, Never Trumpers, and were responsible for the fucking No Kings protest. If you don't think they'd slow their own companies growth to pwn the Republicans, you're wrong. Other big box stores don't have this problem. They all enabled dynamic pricing by reallocating some products and lowering others so prices for the average consumer haven't seen all that much variety. Grocery store pricing is a lot more complicated than you're making it out to be.

oh i dont use the app to shop. i use it as a shopping list by storing the items into the cart and then checking them off as i get them. a stupid idea that somehow works because i can at least figure out if the item is there in the store or not with the use of it 90% of the time.

you ever notice how popular and common walmarts are in more rural and suburban areas that typically vote red compared to targets? theres a reason its the people of walmart and not the people of target after all. im more likely to see those types at a walmart or dollar general/tree than at a target or whole foods unless they absolutely had to go there for something. theres a reason why walmart could end any dei practices they were doing and not get much judgement from their shoppers compared to target which did and got a decent amount of backlash from it (no idea if they reversed their policy or not. probably the latter)

I don't want to reveal dox info, but I lived in a really big city in America for years (let's say top 5). There were a lot of problems, but you stay out of the problem areas and there are things that are incredibly nice. They did go insane during the samdemic, but there were a few people who saw through it and ran little speakeasies.

Yea, honestly those prices didn't seem too bad for new. And you could probably bargin $2~$3k off sticker at some dealerships. I've never bought new. My used 4x4 truck a few years old cost as much as that Civic. I bet Honda/Toytoa/Subaru are still selling fine.

A concern I've had for a while about the real estate situation, when the bubble pops. Everyone knows that the price of real estate is at this point a horrifying bubble, however every bubble has to pop and the concern I have with that is with the immense amount of money tied up in real estate could result in a market crash. Boomers who have a massive stake in the real estate game would have their wealth slaughtered, zoomers stand to gain the most from real estate becoming normal again however if the market crashes they risk going from poor to 90s Russia destitute since they are already functionally screwed out of the job market with perpetually rising costs and degrading quality on almost everything.

A second concern I had. Blackrock, vanguard, Blackstone, and associated private equity mega corporations. Im assuming the feds would attempt a repeat of the 08 stimulus which would be an additional blank cheque to buy up whatever they can. Functionally a repeat of the Russian 90s oligarchs. I'm just a layman but from my perspective the future seems dark
