I hate how the god of driving people utterly insane and insesant fucking with people is now the cheese god, i hate it so much.
It's crazy. Didn't he only have like one line about cheese in all of the shivering isles?

It feels like such a millennial thing to take it overboard. Just like the cringe bacon thing back in the early 2010's.

God I hate my fucking generation.

Cheese! Holds up spork.
Me so random!
This is just sad
and this is why mmo lore from established titles are shit and shouldn't be considered for anything other than wiping your ass with.

this jab is lowkey funny because of how bethesda has been turning their games into a carnival ride since fallout 76, fallout 4 still has some atmospheric places like skyrim does but after that, everything gone, look at starfield if you have doubts and dread because TES6/FO5 will be worse.

I completed the Tribunal DLC. It's got a different feeling from regular Morrowind as it takes place in a city you can only leave and enter through teleportation, though it feels a bit more alive than regular Morrowind settlements since all the quests take place in a small area. A lot of my time was spent selling expensive loot to shopkeepers for days on and I eventually winded up with over 1 million gold. Shame that Woof Elf doesn't believe you regardless. As for the ending, it would have been better if when you got her to low health, she would heal herself to full and stun you, only for the door behind her to burst open and then Caius Cosades rips her in half with his raw strength. The one thing I didn't appreciate, although they only appeared in once or twice, was the instant death traps.

Even that maniac Vicn who rapes the lore (in a good way(?)) did Sheo better.

Bet you it started with Skyrim and his lol random dialogue, which was still way better than whatever the fuck ESO did to him. Millennial writing is just taking what was already there (because they're creatively bankrupt) and making it appeal to Redditors. That's it. That's all they can do.
I wonder if they can get Wesley Snipes to play the Nerevarine.

I wound up doing a deep dive on some of the lore thanks to the Amulet of Kings quest in Legacy of the Dragonborn and god damn do the Divines really fucking hate the elves. Its no wonder the Altmer have such a hate boner for Talos.
It does make sense, given that the Divines decided to remain in Mundus rather than fleeing back to Aetherius with Magnus, since they saw that it did have merit. Meanwhile, the elves resent being in Mundus and the Thalmor are actually trying to unmake it. It will also never stop being funny that the Dunmer accept Mundus as being a sort of spiritual gym to level them up as part of the Psijic Endeavor and this is probably part of what resulted in their champion, the Nerevarine, being the only protagonist of an Elder Scrolls game to get a personal visit from an avatar of Talos (curiously, Talos carries moon sugar in his inventory).
