Chances are indeed very slim, but I've seen some trannies detransition because they realized their mistake, some way too late as their bodies are destroyed but detrans none-the-less.
He probably won't, because he's a low willpower loser, but even if he does he might rope since it barely took any stress to troon him out, the fury of the tranny cult will send him over the other edge. I remember some minor TDS moments in the past that I just kind of shrugged off because that's how eurofags are.
Then I remember him making some kind of comment about a family member being part of the reason he was taking his hiatus.
I got the feeling there were troubles at home with possibly his dad and how he was spending his time.

not to mention that micky is a man, so being in his 30's is a non-issue regarding kids, it's not like he is a woman (since he will never be one) and the egg quality decreases, sure the sperm quality might suffer and all but just find a younger woman to be the mother of your children?

What are gameplay styles you could never do? As an example, I couldn't ever do a run that has low speed. Also, are there any actual consequences in Morrowind if you do a run to free all the slaves?

I can never play a "pure" character even when I intend to, there's just not enough penalty for being a jack of all trades. A lot of skills are perfectly serviceable at an apprentice skill level.

Not really. Pretty sure it's an unfinished quest line.
