My queer opinion that nobody asked for: Glenn is bisexual and in denial or repressing it. He is most likely unhappy with his marriage for many many many valid reasons, and it wouldn't even occur to him that maybe one of the reasons is his wife is a woman. He definitely seems like the type to have a best bro friend, and their relationship is definitely very heterosexual and there has never been any homoerotic tension ever, no way, because they're both straight duh!
He also seems like the type to end up leaving Robyn for a fitness nut woman who is very into jogging and kale, and together they have two normal kids and adopt a high-energy shelter dog, and they go on family walks every weekend.

I think she's lost interest in a third after finding out how much having a real kid sucks. Luna is basically an exceptionally ugly doll that also shits herself. She doesn't cry, whine, fuss, or otherwise make any noises. She doesn't run around, or crawl, or even wave her arms and legs around. She's just there. Atlas however is a proper, functional little kid with a personality of his own. He can walk around on his own, and can make it abundantly clear when he does or doesn't want something, and even though he doesn't appear to be talking he's definitely capable of whining and crying. He's an actual little person, not just a misshapen prop that can be dressed and posed when Robyn wants and shoved aside the rest of the time without a problem.

But hell, Robyn already saw him differently before he was born. Luna got the stupid fetus/baby progress board, and that creepy shrine on the wall. Atlas didn't even get fetus progress like Luna did, the board got shoved into the corner around the time Luna was 2-3 months old (shortly before diagnosis) and never touched again. And if Atlas has any pictures of himself on the wall, it's maybe one or two, not nearly as many as Luna.

It's not like she has the excuse of heat since she gets up between 3-4 am to start her day. There's nothing stopping her from getting Atlas up, fed, and dressed by 7 am so that they can arrive at the closest playground at opening so Atlas can play outside for an hour or two, before it gets really warm/hot out. That's just what everyone does around here from April thru September, I can't imagine people in Vegas are any different. But that would require going outside past her yard and I bet she doesn't like the sound of kids playing, like the empath she is.

As people have pointed out, he doesn't seem to really have toys. I think maybe the few toys they might have are "Luna's" and while there's nothing wrong with hand-me-downs, I have a feeling narc mom considers them Luna's exclusively and Atlas isn't allowed to use them (especially since the few toys spotted in the background seem to be more props than actual toys anyways). The fact that Luna hasn't developmentally progressed is a problem as well, since he is developing (at least as well as can be expected with both parents actively ignoring him) and he's going to need developmentally appropriate toys, well, right now.

This is pretty awful to watch. Just by watching the "physical therapist," you can tell she has absolutely no idea what she's doing, the way she awkwardly shuffles the toy away while trying to position Luna. It's also very apparent in these videos just how severely deformed her feet are. I can't imagine that can be comfortable just existing like that.
