Im rambling, but my point is, I'm not necessarily saying that Atlas is autistic, but if he is, it wouldn't suprise me. He doesnt need to display all the features of autism, just some of them, like the delayed speach. Also, as mentioned many times already, the delayed speech could be something as simple as the environment he is in. I doubt neither Glen or Robyn spend much time reading to him, speaking to him, narrating their day and actions as they interact with him, etc.

Every child of a cow on the farms gets accused of having autism, mosaic downs, and FAS. Sometimes all of them at once. Every single time.

He isn’t particularly showing any signs of autism aside from delayed speech which can be caused by many issues. This latest claim of autism came from….building a fort. Something literally every child does.

Robyn will happily post clips of Luna seizing and spasming for all to see and didn’t notice when her baby was starving so it’s not as if she’s curating to make Atlas look normal.

It came from an observation of him repeatedly stacking up/organizing items, which is a common trait of autism in children. Again, no one on here can know for sure, it’s just speculation.

I think it’s safe to say that as far as we’ve been shown, Atlas has spent almost all of his life around a few people-
His father, who seems to prefer squatting in the garage and playing online with ‘clients’.
His mother, who shoves Tiddy in his mouth, or is having bullshit sessions with ‘clients’ on the Internet or styling her hair and taking selfies inbetween stuffing her face and making poorly done ‘businesses’ on Instagram.
His sister who is a seizing potato.
Her therapists who puppeteer her.
A massive tv & sofa with the above 3 family members.
Almost forgot the dog.

So what we see may just be the boy’s learned behavior from being isolated with these creepy morons.
Maybe he gets to hang out with the more civilized family members who refuse to be filmed and posted on globyns sm.
And the creepy filmed play date long ago.

Conclusion- Atlas’ social and intellectual development is being stunted by his parents choice to effectively isolate him. If he does have impairments, good luck getting him diagnosed! This woman doesn’t notice a starving brain damaged newborn failing to latch.

I do wonder if Globyn being so ‘alternative lifestyle’ are afraid to send atlas to school because they know they’re doing wrong by the boy. The longer they delay socializing him the more he’s going to be affected for life, and I find that monstrously selfish. In fact Monstrously Selfish describes these two assholes perfectly.

Anyways I don’t see anything wrong with noting observations about what we ‘are privileged to see’ as Robyn graciously scolded us, lol do it again plz, but yes people do take offense to actually diagnosing disorders and such based on these limited (yet copious) snippets from Globyn.

I guess Robyn could probably shut up the autism debate if she would take her son for his two year assessment, or at least smugly hold it over our heads. I, for one, would certainly be properly schooled and chastened.

I don't know that he has autism, but I think his need for an assessment as soon as possible has become critical. He's not my son. His future doesn't matter to me. It should matter to Glenn and Robyn, because if they're wrong, this is going to potentially destroy their family. They've survived some huge storms, but don't keep testing it.

Stacking and sorting as a concern? Those are things every toddler should be doing. There are a billion toys designed precisely to encourage kids to understand how sort and group by color, shape, you name it, or to repeat patterns, etc. And little kids are often serious about their tasks, whether it's stringing beads or building a fort. Little kids are also often weird. Atlas doesn't even seem particularly weird, tbh, much less worryingly enslaved to systems or devoid of normal emotional range.

Yes, "no one can know for sure," but the reality is that it is far less likely to be present than not. The default, the norm, is not autism nor a million other conditions that most people do not have. So odd to keep coming back trying to jam the kid into a developmental delay or concern. Every personality tic or being quiet or self-contained doesn't equal a "condition." Pretty sure Robyn has said he & Glenn are quieter, introverted types (?), they don't seem to have a big social circle, and Atlas isn't around other kids much; makes sense he might be a more interior type as well, at least for now/ when patterning off of what he sees day-to-day.

What is the reason for even putting autism out there as a thing to look for, other than the fact that it's the diagnosis du jour, and every last quiet or quirky person thinks they (and everyone else) have it?

Because this is a snark forum and we look for reasons to snark.

I think you confused Kiwi Farms with Reddit.

We pride ourselves on our accuracy and archiving. Sure we guess and gossip, but we like a clean record, and talk anbout what the cows actually say and do. Diagnosing innocent children for doing normal innocent things is not what we talk about or archive. Poor Atlas has enough on his plate by having to be the little brother of a roast beef, without having all sorts of guesses about what might be wrong with his brain too, when he has done nothing out of the ordinary.

Is Robyn being too busy with Sadanas and shilling MLM stuff to post anymore? Seems like a while since we saw Luna.

Tell us where it says Atlas has autism. The only thing I personally shared were observations and a choice of words pointing to ambiguity, not conclusions or diagnoses. If we’re going to take that route, then why do we call Robyn a narcissist and sociopath? This forum is about archiving but it’s not always about accuracy. It’s about sharing thoughts about a cow and her problematic behavior and most importantly, how her behavior destroyed an innocent life. You say Atlas is so innocent yet you have no problem referring to Luna as roast beef. Yeah, she’s the way she is but she’s just as innocent as her healthy brother.

I'm going to stop beating around the bush. Atlas has some behaviors that lead me to suspect he should be evaluated for autism immediately. He's in a critical developmental window, and the two stooges fucking around on that great little boy's behalf is starting to make me angry

It is looking like socialized autism. If this thread doesn't make you feel like crying for Atlas, you aren't paying attention

I can't wait her to disregard advice how to treat children with birth deformities and inevitability of down syndrome and/or low functioning autism. People like her shouldn't be allowed to be parents for severely disabled children.

Some kids develop late on a thing or two, but the gap is widening enough that he needs to see a real pediatrician for a real assessment

I can’t help but think this could be another potential sign of autism. He does it so meticulously, with no emotion or verbal expression.

I'm glad you said it so I don't have to. The specific way his language is developing raises a red flag for me, as I have mentioned. The recent video in which he completely ignored Glenn saying his name raised another. There are some other little things that would suddenly make more sense

I’m done with this argument-as you can see, there have been enough people here who are sure Atlas has an issue that they don't even qualify it much.

I’m not one of them. As I’ve said, there are family boys Atlas’ age in my family who act like him but do see doctors, and are 100% normal. Development is not a straight line, like autists seem to think and a kid ignoring parents to finish a project is a million percent normal. Plus, we maybe see 5 seconds a week in boomerangs, and don’t truly know much.

He has it rough with the family he was born into but that doesn’t create autism. I feel bad for him like I felt bad for Cal and how his whole childhood revolved around his sisters. But from what I have seen (and I have not kept up) he turned out well. If Robyn’s next child is also a boy, it will be more fun for Atlas, so my fingers are crossed for that although I know Robyn wants a girl.

Literally every single qoute you posted says "i think". No one has said he has anything or has diagnosed him of autism. It's just our observations that we think he shows signs of it (or some sort of developmental issue) and he very obviously has some red flags that he should at least get checked out professionally. Many of us either have children ourselves, deal with children, or even have medical backgrounds, and we are drawing these concerns from comparisons to our own experiences. There is obviously something up with Atlas but none of us have outright stated a diagnosis because theres literally no way to do that without physically spending time with him.

Yes, you should quit your argument.
