I follow several feral-cat live webcams, where they trap pregnant females, have them deliver and raise their kittens on YouTube, and then speuter and rehome the bunch. (Some feral mamas cannot live indoors, and are returned to the colony, uterus-free.) Most of the time, everything's OK, but deformed kittens and interventions up to and including a c-section are not uncommon.

I know some feral cat colonies are pretty inbred, so I guess bad stuff can happen.

I'm surprised Robyn used that photo since that was the trip where we think she was bluntly told Luna wouldn't be getting the coveted shunt revision. She posted some videos from that beach where you could tell she had been crying and she was barely holding it together. She stopped talking about expanding the port system and getting Luna ready for the revision shortly after that.

That is literally Atlas's saving grace.
A child can safely navigate some pretty awful situations and come out unscathed if they have a person in their life who genuinely lights up in their presence. Just one person who loves spending time with him just because he's awesome can save him.

It's no joke when people suggest sunscreen. Obviously genetics and other lifestyle choices play a part in how people age, but lots of sun exposure without sunscreen really does age you drastically. I honestly think it's a combo of not using sunscreen and really bad aging genetics.

She'd probably still look a little aged if she actually used sunscreen, but she wouldn't look anywhere near as old as she does now.
