I was doing that at one point, because my post was awaiting mod approval and I wanted to see if I was worthy. My post was bumped to the next page by the time it was approved, which tells me there were other people with invisible posts who had to be approved as well.

For those of you who don't see the significance of @AmericanHacker aka Neal "Internet Super Spy!" Rauhauser or a close associate of his getting involved with the #DropKiwiFarms campaign, let me show you guys just how utterly fucked up @AmericanHacker really is, using the examples of two very different people from completely opposite political ends of the political spectrum, both of whom were targeted by Neal Rauhauser.

As my first example, here is none other than the convicted cyber criminal Barrett Brown on a 2022 Livestream interview explaining how he was set up by Neal Rauhauser. Barrett Brown describes Rauhauser as "an FBI cooperator" who is "one of the most disgusting individuals involved, who has bragged about causing people to die, causing people to kill themselves" saying that he's able to cover up his crimes because "they are very effective, what they do ends up looking like drama":

Here is another one of @AmericanHacker's victims, Patrick Fray aka the conservative blogger Patterico, describing how he was targeted by Rauhauser and one of his associates, a certain Brett Kimberlin who is, yes, a convicted bomber, i.e. an actual domestic terrorist:

This part: "Rauhauser compiled a large packet of defamatory material accusing me, Walker, Nagy, and others of participating in criminal activity, and said he had sent it to state police in New Jersey and the FBI in Baltimore. He made the entire packet available as a torrent.", is basically what @AmericanHacker did with The Fuckery Files folder of Maltego graphs he made available to Liz & Co on Twatter. IMO, the Fucker Files folder is merely another manifestation of the Kookpocalypse torrent v 2.0

That's an interesting point. Josh could contact whatever DDoS mitigation company he's about to employ beforehand and inform them of a few things. However, I am pretty sure the process of applying is automatic and I don't think there's any actual communication going on in order to get DDoS protection.

But still, I guess, it wouldn't hurt to send out an email and warn them that a mob is lying and using dirty tactics in order to take down a site illegally.

People are right to be pessimistic about the media as a whole, but it is wrong to resign to helplessness and hopelessness.

No it's not about resigned helplessness.

There's nothing wrong about the Media Package plan in principal. It's a very thoughtful and well intentioned plan.

What I'm trying to say here, perhaps poorly, and that's on me, is that it's a suboptimal plan.

In my opinion there are two kinds of way you can attempt to sway someone, one is through talk, the other is through action. In my personal opinion, based on my experience's through work, the most effective method has always been action in this particular set of problems.

Let me give you an example.

I've worked in both fields that are either Male dominated or Female dominated. The differences between the two are vast.

Female dominated fields are very fungible, communication flows smoothly, ideas are generally given room for experimentation, there's more patience for new people to grow, if someone is troublesome they are usually shunned out of the group effectively through Reputation Destruction and it's generally done without major work incidents, and usually the damage inflicted to them is the most minimal amount of force required (they can of their own volition seek work elsewhere without a hit to their Resume). This is of course an average outline, and there are always exceptions to the rule among every group, as we all know.

Male dominated fields (that are not creative at heart) are extremely rigid. Communication is stiff, ideas have little room to flourish (they must succeed on the first or second attempt or they are dropped immediately), if someone is troublesome they can usually strong arm and intimidate themselves into a position of authority regardless of competence, if there are attempts to remove them it is often disastrous and extremely destructive for the company, and it's much more difficult to make a clean break from these jobs without some amount of drama following you.

Kiwifarms, in my opinion, generally has a Male domination problem. Most of these people may have cut their dicks off and they are pretending to be woman, but paradoxically the way they operate is hyper masculine.

In my opinion they are perhaps the perfect example of the worst Male dominated fields to work in imaginable.

If this was a Female dominated problem we could approach this and sway opinion's through talk, as you and others are suggesting with this Media Package plan, however, because this is a Male dominated problem, in my opinion, the more optimal approach is through action.

As an example, in a Male dominated field, you have several males working in their respective stations. It's a typical Pareto Distribution which hasn't been flattened out by management yet so it's following the 80/20 rule, and you, being awesome you, are the 20% doing their work effectively.

You attempt to speak to your male coworkers, making suggestions to get things to run more optimally. How well does it go? Roughly working on an average of male Trait Disagreeableness (in contrast to Female's Average Agreeableness) you can get about 1 or 2 suggestions to stick each day, any more suggestions and you get Disagreeable Returns. The problem's outpace the rate at which you can optimize the workflow. What do you do?

We know that you can't talk to them, they are too Disagreeable by Trait.

You do what's Optimal. You cordon yourself off into your Station, and you run it optimally, but only your Station. You let the other Stations fail. You don't say anything. You keep running Optimally. People start to notice. People start to side with you. They start to follow you. The incompetent leave or get fired.

Things begin to stabilize.

Eventually a Pareto Distribution re-emerges and you do it all again.

The solution is not to talk to these people. The solution, in my opinion, is to cordon yourself off, away from the dickless suboptimal subhuman freaks, and optimize having a good time. Let their stations fail. Let them 41% themselves and leave/get fired. People will start to notice... hey... those guy's over there... they seem to be able to disagree with each other like normal people? What the fuck, they're even having fun??
