The probability of the site staying up for very long is pretty slim to none. You might think I'm doom pilling to hard but I can see the writing is on the wall. The deranged retards of the world are getting their way every time and I don't see why it would be any different now, especially considering what they have been able to accomplish and in the manner they have done it. So, in the likely event the site goes down for good, I think it's best to say our goodbyes now while we still have the chance. That way, your thoughts about the site can be memorialized when Josh uploads the site data as a torrent. (If the site actually stays up for several more years I'll look really retarded LMAO. But I would prefer that to the current trajectory.)
You retards are actually pretty cool. No where else have I seen people actual discuss things like human beings as the Kiwis do on this site. No conversation ever sounded like the middling talk of the average Internet user today with half-hearted appeasements for when when they have an opinion that even slightly deviates from the acceptable. I have always thought forum websites were boring and didn't get why they were so popular as a kid. Now I see that I have missed out, but the time I was able to interact with the site will not be forgotten. It sucks that there is nowhere else like the farms. While the Fediverse is a close second and there is the odd chan site (4chan just sucks now), conversations are very temperamental and easily overlooked. While being a newfag myself, I am content in knowing that I was able to participate in the old Internet while there was still time, and I would like to thank my fellow Kiwis for letting me join them for the ride.
Josh did not try his best, he DID the best and then some. Literally everyone else who tried to fight these people have faltered and either changed the way they do things to appease these people, killing the culture of the site, or just plain gave up. I really don't think there will be anyone else like Josh that would fight this hard against those who want the whole of the internet to be censored so that it aligns with their deranged world views. Very few people can say they have this quality in them and I believe this quality will do josh many favors in the future. It sucks that Josh will eventually fade into the ether. But, it is how it is and it's a shame it didn't happen to someone more deserving of losing the things you worked so hard for.
Thank you Josh and Jannies for the time you gave us and the work you put in for the site even at the bleakest of hours. I hope you all do well in your future endeavors. I know Josh said he will disappear forever, but make a post saying sneed on Poast every once in a while so we know you're still alive, much like how Byuu is still alive.
And if Josh is reading this, I just want you to know that only trannies and furries like the Vanu Sovereignty. Live free in the NC!
Lastly, for those who think they can defend the Internet by saying "while I want the internet to be free of censorship, we don't lose anything when the Kiwi Farms gets taken down" or anything along those lines. Fuck you. You genuine retards. You are the problem. You are why the Internet is in the state that it is in because people like you are too afraid of being called some variation of 'phobe.' Anytime you say this, you let the deranged sex pests take another mile because now the bar is yet lowered for what is deemed "acceptable" on the Internet. You give these genuinely evil people the the power to harass people and their family members who work for ISPs and data centers into taking something down unjustly and without appeal. All because actually standing up for something is to difficult when it's not being touted as being a just cause. Your opinions on matters like these are those of corporations, the government, and the cathedral at large. Eventually, the Internet will become a sanitized hellhole even more then it is now with corporations the governments monitoring everything you do because you didn't put your foot down when it mattered the most.
