Car ride to wommart, Becky mobile loses a tire at 80mph due to 1100lbs of lesbian flesh overtaxing the car for the final time. Car spins out of control and Amber can't be pried out. Becky lives but becomes disabled and bedbound, increases to Amber's former size.

People who are fat, but far smaller/thinner than her have been prescribed the machine to put on their face while thy sleep to get oxygen to their brain. I'm not too big of a follower of ALR, but I get the impression from your comment that she doesn't use one. She is definitely going to have this situation where she dies in her sleep like an 80 year old.

There will be ten minutes worth of randomly edited vignettes from the kitchen table. There will be some showing off of some tacky shawl or muumuu or 'tank top'. There will be some banter with Eric, garbling words unintelligibly from the next room. Becky will say something bull-dykey and paw her breast. Amberlynn will bitch about the yellow lighting. She will do another product placement ad for Weight Watchers, saying something like, "I thought these would taste terrible, but OMG I could eat them all day..." A fat Twinkie will snarl at her. She'll babble something about counting weekly calories while eating intuitively. She'll roll her eyes at haydur comments claiming she is 600 pounds already.

Then, there will be absolute radio silence for days.

Then rumors will circulate that she has died. At first, nobody believes it because no obit is found. But more and more reports start coming in, and then some article will appear somewhere, "YouTube Mukbang Star Found Dead at 28"

A couple days after that, a shaken Eric and Becky will make an incomprehensible video and upload it to Eric's channel.

Eric and Ricky will finally get their own place, as Eric mistakes the bump in his YouTube earnings as a permanent raise, and not a momentary surge of Amberlynn curiosity seekers. Becky will move in with some of her extended family. Eric will continue to vlog, but his viewership will drop into the three digits. We won't hear from Becky again, except for isolated social media sightings. Rafe will ramp up her channel, attempting to fill the void, but will get nowhere.

Amber was put foster care, stripping her mother of any liability or guardianship. Even if that were not the case, you can't force someone else to pay for medical bills if there's nothing in a form of contract (possibly marriage for instance, but not always the case) to prove that the hospital is to be owed that money from a deceased person. The hospital can collect money through claims to the deceased person's accounts, but generally cannot bill parties not bound by contractual obligations.
