To my knowledge there is no blood exam to "prove you are Jewish", in fact it is illegal in Israel - a judge needs to give you a permit first to do DNA test. The reason seems to be that DNA tests showed that the most Jewish are Palestinians (including local Jews) and imported Jews aren't. No more than average French, Slav, or Anglo - speaking about genetics.

What do you mean by "non-ethnic Jews"? Was Ethan Klein born to non-jewish parents and he later converted?

It goes by maternal bloodline. If yoyr mother wasn't a proper jew then you cannot be one. If your father was a proper jew it doesn't matter as your mother could be a cheating whore.
 
I seriously wonder just HOW inbred they are. They marry eachother in Hollywood and Isreal (amongst other places). There's no new blood. I need to see family trees--they have to be reaching Muslim levels, or have so already.

A Jewish man once argued furiously to me that we need immigration to keep genetic diversity up. I found this very strange for a man to be arguing about a country that's quite diverse and has 350 million people in it. We all have weird hobbies and such but this guy going hard on genetics and birthrates really was out of right field to me at the time.

Now, after much noticing, not so much.
