So uh interesting thing about the Metzitzat B'peh (suction of the circumcision) I recently discovered. Turns out that it's not just for baby victims patients. Any male that is circumcised should be eligible for the Metzitzat B'peh as well, assuming they belong to one of the Jewish sects that practice it regularly, regardless of their age.

If a man in circumcised in a pain-free manner or not during the ritual and they want to be Jewish they need to have a similar ritual preformed where a cut in made along the scar to draw the necessary blood and pain. If a man converts later in life must be circumcised.

So there are scenarios in which a Mohel would technically be sucking on a man penis. Now, I've not tested this logic but it'd be interesting to see how many Mohels that practice the Metzitzat B'peh on babies would be willing to do it on adult males. Might be a way to prove its really a weird sex thing and not a holy ritual.

Cloud seeding is kind of a form of weather modification but not really the kind conspiracy enthusiast imagine when talking about weather manipulation. Cloud seeding in generally a last-resort thing done on a small local scale to induce some rainfall on a given area. Its not really capable of changing things all that much on a massive scale, like the entire USA. You also need clouds to seed (moisture in the air already) so its more like nudging rain drops out of the clouds.

It is a form of weather manipulation but you can't just jump to "chem trails" from it.

The stuff that really seems to have set them off was the radio array thats used to send ultra low frequency signals to submarines. It blasts the troposphere (or one of the upper layers of the atmosphere) with radio waves, which in theory could cause some change to the weather if you had enough energy to superheat it. This radio array does not have such power. Its used to send low frequency radio signals to the nuclear ICBM submarine fleet. Its difficult to send messages to ships underwater so they have to use ultra-low frequency signals which require such a radio array to work. Its also speculated the array is where it is because most of the "boomers" circle the Arctic circle since it's a good hiding spot and a good place to launch from.

The low frequency signals are very sort, by the way. One of the draw backs of such a system. As I understand it its only used to hail the subs and tell them to surface for the "go" codes which would be sent via a wider bandwidth. I believe this radio system is being phased out now that there is a network of underwater hubs that the subs use to communicate with.

Anyways, the conspiracy guys really loved giving these radio operates hell for "controlling the weather" with their radio array. They've even invited these folks to come tour the place and explain why they can't heat the atmosphere up hot enough to control the weather, despite the system soaking the atmosphere with radio signals so any of the subs can receive it regardless of their position. You know how calm logic and scientific explanations go over with these types.

I don't have the energy to explain why chemtrails is bunk but thats more "poisoning us" than weather modification conspiracy theory anyways.

cloud seeding is capable of causing droughts in large regions, by stopping rainclouds from getting there
many weather effects are very indirect too, so by creating an artificial desert / hot region one might change other weather phenomenons like winds, which in turn push clouds in another direction...
