I've seen him directly acknowledging it I'm pretty sure more than once in just the last year. I see people saying this kind of thing, but then I actually watch him do the opposite.
It's almost the whole reason completely changed my position on him. I had been convinced he was a fed by the huge paid campaign on basically all of social media, and especially this site. And I was only getting the story through that narrative. I didn't see any rebuttal, because he was banned from any normal site before the narrative building even started, so the only side of this I ever heard was from the a-logs on the site, the kino casino, and null along with videos saying the same thing. And I didn't want to go out of my way to hear his side, or even see what he says at all, because why would I want to hear a fed's side?
Eventually I realized that's the point of the tactics they use. Remove people from all the large social media platforms, once they're removed assassinate their character by flooding the zone with slander after they can't effectively fight back because they're deplatformed. And because of said flooding the zone nobody will even want to hear what they have to say, if you're a leftists he's a Nazi, don't listen to that heckin fascist, if you're far right, he's a fed, don't listen to that glowie.
And that method undeniably works really well. It's basically the same thing they did to this site. They tried to shut down the ability to access it (deplatform it), and shut down Nulls ability to speak on these platforms to let people know what's happening. Then they flooded the zone with a slander. The exact slander they used is completely different but the blueprint ofof what they tried to do is the same. For the site, they tried saying we are basically killing trannies, and a million other little things that can be spun to make it seem like the site is some danger. And just like what they say about Fuentes, the lies are based on some small piece of truth but spun into the narrative they want people to believe.
Anyway, after I realized what happened with Fuentes I was willing to actually listen to what he has to say. I actually think most of his serious political positions tend to be much more reasonable than the average chud's. Even though I still disagree with half of what he says. The other chuddy online commentators I've seen are almost all even worse than he is, they have all the story of the day online right hive mind talking points. At least Fuentes every once in a while does something entertaining, says something insightful, or tries providing some kind of solution. I really can't stand the larpers and fedposters. And I'm a lot more inclined to believe the people pushing the doomer "we can't vote our way out of this" fedpost, are well... feds (or foreign actors trying to do the same thing we do in places like Iran). They are the people I see that actually look like they are trying to demoralize people, and entrap them. Funny enough the people saying we can't vote our way out of this, or find some other nonviolent solution are almost always the people I also see going after him. At that point I really have to wonder, what exactly are they trying to do?
