The General Thread

If referring to that feral cat channel, yes! You could learn a lot from that with those encounters.
My college had a herd of feral cat that used to come out after the sun went down.
I felt bad for them, but there were far too many of them for me to be able to do anything for them.

in pokemon moon I have a Litten named O because I was trying to spell Pete and my hand slipped, then I hit the enter button thinking it was a backspace.
I am truly retarded.

Alexander of Macedonia was considered one of the greatest military commanders of all time by Napoleon, which is pretty much earned by the fact that he controlled an empire from Greek Macedonia, as far south as Egypt, and as far east to the very borders of India, swallowing Persia in his conquering wake. That's the distinct reason he's known as "Alexander the Great".

He died at 32. His empire was then split by infighting, eventually becoming the Successor Kingdoms. To name a few: Ptolemaic Egypt, the Seleucid Empire, and the City-State of Pergamon. All of which bore the fate of being eventually conquered by the next great power, Rome.

He was also pretty gay. Then again, everyone back then was kinda gay.

My youngest cat died yesterday— he was hit by a car. I was really upset, but he was in shock and didn’t break a bone; only had internal bleeding. He went painlessly at the vet. I can’t get over feeling responsible for it since I usually let him out at night and he always comes right back in. Never allowing this to happen ever again.

7-11 accidentally refunded about $65 I spent in there. Thanks for the free dip. It doesn't make up for them being assholes when I go in there. Guess I'll go to circle k for awhile.
7-11 is fucking garbage and I can't understand the employees half the time
also the drink machine never works

SANDEEP YOU PROMISED ME THE MACHINE WOULD WORK TOMORROW, YOU ARE BREAKING MY HEART SANDEEP

oddly enough, the local 7-11 in my town is franchised and the owner likes to hire mostly white kids. Same for the gas stations. The boomer crowd likes to talk about how “It’s just like when I was a kid again!” back before pajeets took over those jobs. I’m not racist but I’ll admit that it’s real convenient being able to understand and be understood when buying shit there.

I went to a different one and it was a bubba that actually knew what stokers was, my day improved

Leonidas I was a King of Sparta, most famously known for leading the 300 Spartans that held off a Persian army approximately 120,000 - 300,000 at the Battle of Thermopylae. (There were also 700 Thespians in that army, but 300 is a nice and round enough number.)

The massive army of the Persians, their most elite troops, the Immortals, and a traitor in the Greeks' midst (a man named Ephialtes, who revealed a flanking route to the Persians) were all key in the Persians taking Thermopylae. Leonidas and his forces were decimated. However, Leonidas and the 300 Spartans would be immortalized forever, becoming a symbol of facing impossible odds.

He's also, in Internet ancient history, a massive meme:

Went to a different Cumin- American owned quikstop and they managed to ripoff $3 from me. I'm going to go take a steamy, diabetic piss on their propane station after they close.
When that shit dries it leaves salty, white powdery residue that's hard to scrub out.

Why are people applauding Phillip Schofield for coming out as gay? He lied to his wife and children for decades. He pretended to love someone so he could stay closeted, his entire relationship with his wife and kids was built on deception, and now he's stunning and brave to all the SJWs licking his ass? Fuck that.

Ironic that he's on ITV, when he clearly prefers BBC
