I stopped a friend who said this once and asked what she meant. She tried to explain that it's a Northern expression 'like a generic sound like... ta-da! or here we are!' because apparently that's how it is in her city. YOU MEAN LIKE THE EXPRESSION: 'VOILÀ'? We agreed to disagree and I stopped talking to her a while ago.
