Yes, this whole subject is where the saying "pozload [one's] neghole" comes from, which is the current word filter on this site for "touch the poo" (I had to modify the preceding in order for it to not get filtered), which means to directly interact with the subject of a thread. It itself refers to loading one's HIV negative orifice with HIV positive genetic material, which is a fetish thing.

I only say that because I know there are people who use the term "paypig" but don't know that financial domination fetishes are a thing, so

I think it should be illegal to purposefully infect yourself with a virus that will make you a lifelong medical financial burden.
