Wait, is the 4k re-release subbed over awkwardly or are there subtitles? I dont mean to sound like a sub vs dub fag, but I prefer the vocal performances of the original actors.

Like for example, thr minus one dub scream just felt so awkward, probably because I saw it twice subbed, but still.

Super Robot Wars Y just came out. It has Godzilla SP in it. I just unlocked chapter 3, where you can recruit Jet Jaguar. Looks like the plot starts with them having already defeated Anguirus.

My friend sent me a video on IG, about the shin godzilla ride in Japan, and the first thing I noticed that the audio used in the video was from G14, when Goji's atomic breath was first used.

I just wanted to share that with the thread.of course I pointed that out in my reply and even linked the exact scene.

Not quite we still haven't gotten a traditional suitamation film for 20 years. If they were able to do it for those g fest short films we have been getting they can sure do another full length feature no problem. Pretty much any of the CGI Godzilla one just aren't the same (yes even minus one).

I read somewhere that minus zero will have practical effects, suitmation, and a models.

I was going into the rabbit hole a little bit with Minus Zero after the title reveal and if you want to be an extra, you need to bring your own period appropriate clothing; Toho doesn't provide it. Understandable from a production cost perspective I guess, but still lol. idk if this is a standard practice in the film industry
