Sure I've done it on a whole 30 pack of 8mg codeines. But fuck, I made double triple sure my process was good.

One way of checking is that you can see how clear the 'water' is at the end - if it is cloudy then it still contains undisolved Paracetamol/Actaminophen/Tylenol. Clear clear water. That is what you want. It won't be much and it will be bitter as fuck. And just don't try suiciding on it. It's a waste of a good chemical. Who knows, it might even give you a whole new perspective on life. It did for me.

over the counter antihistamines

Certain drugs like the antidepressant Remerol (Mirtazapine) are about the most potent agonists (or is that antagonists) of the H1 Hystamine receptors. You don't take Remerol with Tramadol for example because of the upped chances of Serotonin Syndrome. But Remerol with Codeine is kind of OK, still a small chance you will get it though.

Mirtazapine just about potentiates any drug really because it depresses the CNS. So any drug that already has a bit of a downer effect will just get amplified.

It's not an antihistamine as such, but it also just happens to be about the most potent antihistamine known for fucking with your brain chemistry via the H1 receptors.

I'm a bit late with this but I know that in some Australian states it's mandatory for suicides to be reported to the coroner's court, though considering the sheer amount of suicides in Japan it's unlikely they'd have a similar reporting process as it would be an administrative nightmare. Also for there to have been no confirmation of his death this long after the drama, chances are close to zero that he actually an heroed.

Apparently there's a phenomenon in Japan known as johatsu which refers to people 'disappearing' without a trace to escape the pressure of their lives and not bring shame and dishonour to their families (some definitions/uses of the term are different depending on where you look but the general meaning is the same). There's also shissou which is used to describe people who 'abscond' which appears to occur frequently enough to qualify as a major explanation of missing people.

If Byuu wanted to disappear, doing it in Japan was probably a good idea considering the relative cultural normalisation of this kind of behaviour and the lack of infrastructure to help find people who want to go missing. There's apparently no missing persons database in Japan, but there's an organisation called the Missing Persons Support Association of Japan which helps locate missing people in the country.

Not sure if the MPS service is still available looking through the website, it's pretty retro.

All I know about this comes from Simon Beckett and his David Hunter series. I like a good gore horror, be it a movie or a book, but the real thing or gore for the sake of gore without a story behind it doesn't have that appeal to me.

It theoretically applies to any crime committed against a U.S. national, or by a U.S. national abroad, there are just special laws for sex tourism. Nobody gives a fuck if you smoke a joint in Amsterdam, but if you're running a drug cartel that ships drugs into the United States, they do. Nobody cares if you get into a bar fight in Tokyo, but if you literally murder someone there, they might. But if the Japanese preferred to prosecute it, we'd probably let them because there's always a diplomatic cost to throwing our weight around with our beliefs about our extraterritorial jurisdiction, and with the Japanese conviction rate of over 99%, they'd do a good job.

But in theory it's within jurisdiction under U.S. law. Jurisdiction isn't really the issue. The issue is it's not a crime to point out someone is posting tranny furry borderline pedo shit on their Twitter, however much tranny furry pedos might think that it is. And of course, it's not a crime to murder someone who isn't even dead.
