Nah, that's not a child. Because, at least on some level, pre-teen kids actually kinda know they're fucking dumbasses when you get them on the subject of complex grown-up topics like suicide and network infrastructure.
Anyone who speaks with this much moral authority and rightous indignation about an topic they know next to nothing about is almost certainly going to be doing so from a place of "experience". And I say experience, because they'll have likely grown up just enough to have attained some small amount of knowledge about the way the world works, but not enough to realise that their knowledge has limits, and that the moral principles they have built on that knowledge don't apply to literally everything.
This is at very least a teenager, but more likely a young adult. Some folks will likely never grow out of this phase. But it nonetheless makes more sense to call them what they are: idiot teenagers.
