I freqently see this kinda shit where people lie and claim "those damn kiwifarmers made a thread about me and I am being harassed!" on other social media but on 4chan? My brains leaping to the fucking ancient "attn horse pls go" phrase or the "not your personal army" responses.

This shit also oddly reminds me of how I was shooting the shit with a friend a while back while watching some unimportant shit on a stream. He's a friend I've known for a while now and occasionally shown shit from here, and he suddenly started acting shocked and appaled about how I use the site and how I never told him I did. Dude was fearmongering too. Stereotypical reddit/twitter shit like "don't you know they'll make a thread about you!? You're a prime target!" Straight up bodysnatcher stuff. Part of me thinks this twitter meltdown shit is connected to his sudden change of character, because there's no way in hell someone would put up a weird act like that without there being some other circle they gotta do a purity test for. Everyone in the room was just weirded out by his sudden shift. Shit was kinda funny but I'm worried I'm gonna lose another friend to social media politics team bullshit brain disease now. Sad times ahead if so.

That's what really haunts me here. If this dude's dead we should've heard more info by now,. Instead, the mob just lost traction and went back to their bog-standard occasional fear mongering save for a few select deranged individuals actively calling for mass genocide of people they disagree with online. If you question anyone online right now if there's actual death confirmation they just say shit like "YES NEAR IS CONFIRMED DEAD! DON'T YOU REALIZE THEY WERE MURDERED BY KIWIFARMS YOU MONSTER?!"

Nothing in the obituaries, no news about a body discovered, only word of mouth to go on unless the actual info has been buried by the screaming mob.
If he's dead we're never gonna get answers about the bigger situation, but if he isn't then it'd make perfect sense as some weird fucky extortion scheme. Personally, i don't want the guy dead because it's a really stupid reason to die over. most that he got out of taking his own life if he really did do it is a bunch of people screaming at a website only to then fuck off elsewhere and try to find other reasons to scream at people for shit.
