I'll stick to Avenue Q or that crazy puppet episode of Angel. The concept was old by the early 2000's and seeing it executed again now of all times is pretty cringy.

From what interviews I've read before its release, the devs had openly said the whole thing is set in an AU, not crossing with any family-friendly Henson universe. The worrying parents shoulda googled better... /shrug
That, or a Stepan Chapman's "Revenge of the Calico Cat" lookalike (only with humans present).
