The c-suite only care about performance metrics, which in the tech world they tend to measure in LoC over hours worked to get a nice, neat graph. Indians spam thousands of lines of useless code every day and work 9-9 for 6 days a week without overtime, so they're viewed as better performers based purly on the chosen metrics. The resulting enshitification is on such a delay that it takes the c-suite a long time to make any connection between their decisions and the inevitable outcome. They don't act out of malice but merely for profit, and they have no fear, at least until the day a pair of them look around and realise they're the last two non-indian board members left.

The people in managerial positions at these companies typically don't know anything about video games. They're there to sell a product. Since they're unable to judge a pajeet's code, all they can do is judge the end product. Provided the game doesn't instantly explode someone's computer, it probably receives their stamp of approval. Meanwhile, it probably has some fatal vulnerability that instantly leaks all of a user's data thanks to jeet code, but no one involved gives a shit until it becomes a scandal.

The other problem is their customers are extremely tolerant of fuckups and they're aware of this. Provided that a game is marketed well enough and it doesn't have some bug that makes it completely unplayable, their audience will most likely eat it up. There are people who have sank twenty years of subscriptions into World of Warcraft and probably won't unsubscribe until they die.

They ultimately don't care - executives are trained to chase after short-term, quarterly reports to cash in fat bonuses and stocks, so they are always incentivized to think short-term.

The simple truth is that by the time a company has been so jeetified it is unable to function, the executives that flooded the place with the jeets have long since moved onto greener pastures, leaving shareholders and non-jeet workers to deal with the mess.
