Basically since there is something like 1.5 Billion Indians by simple law of averages a couple of them are going to be smart and want to get the fuck out of India. So they get out, do a good job and get promoted. The problem is that their old Indian programming kicks in and they want to import their own slave cast so they work to get more of their kind over.

Once one Indian dude becomes a hiring manager all they hires is other Indians so the hiring manager can have his slave caste/kickbacks. If the smart Indian made sure the stupid Indians didn't come over in such waves we wouldn't have this problems. Plus the tech rich love having their dick sucked with slave labor as well.

My mother has always loved Indians. Because in her boomer mind it’s still the 70s and America is 90% white. So “whenever I meet an Indian they’re like a doctor or something Indians are really smart” very frustrating

There used to be decently smart ones (for indian standards, so code monkey level). Those migrated over first. But the demand for more cheap techies was enormous. India noticed that and degree mills were quickly spun up. It is the same perverse incentive as paying indians to kill snakes. You give me money for snakes? I breed them. You give me money for ITers? I print more degrees. The moment you import anything but the top 0.1% people peak on indians.
Managers and MBTs know jack shit about the code they're supervising. With a car they at least know it is supposed to have 4 wheels. If there are only 3 wheels they know they have a problem. With code? They have no idea they were just handed spaghetti code that has to be rewritten in its entirety.

Western companies love them because you can treat them like absolute shit and they don't care, they're making much more than they would in India. Too bad they bring their rapey culture with them wherever they go and refuse to integrate.

Funny you mentioned that. We recently hired an Indian in an exec position.

We’re now looking at building a few offices in India and hiring a few thousand, not including our constant H1B usage here in the States.

I foresee this company turning to shit, figuratively and literally.

In the grand scheme of things, would that really be a bad thing for India long term? Its not like the current iteration of India is winning any awards for health, cleanliness or quality of life or people.
Overpopulation and the number of low quality humans is massive issue there, shaving off the population to focus on quality, not quantity may improve their society and help them advance more.

The caveat is Hinduism which would need to see its own sorta reform to keep the country from sliding back into the scamming stone age culture that it is.
 
I have a fun videogame idea. Imagine a game like tomb raider where youre playing as a hot white woman like lara croft but youre stranded in India by accident and your only goal is to get the fuck out and avoid being raped.

communism supports state atheism. Going full pol pot/mao zhedong might be the only way to smash the caste system. Mass child abductions, forced migrations and all brahims getting the death penalty might just work. The children that got shuffled around won't know what caste they're supposed to be. The migrations would shuffle around the people so much it would be hard to maintain caste norms, and everyone would pretend to be a different caste to avoid getting executed. At some point people wouldn't know anymore what caste their parents were because they were hiding it their entire life. Mass starvation from collectivisation would help a lot with thinning out the herd.
Whomever pulls this off might actually break the record of most deaths on his conscious.
 
I just had to be on the phone for an hour with **** Indian customer service representative. Literally nuke India. The sassy black ladies always fix my problems. And Jeeps, for some reason, can't figure out something black women can figure out. They are lower than black women.
