You're not entirely wrong - I'm not North American so I can't talk to your point about African-Americans. Generally the Africans I deal with are educated and from the first world parts of the continent or ones who escaped somalia so they can take up space here.

Your point about East Asians and Europeans is generally correct, although there has been a fair amount beef in the past (Seddon's Head Tax is the first thing that popped into my head from my own past), but we've been dealing with each other for millennia at this point and over time we tend to assimilate or trade. Plus it helps that you didn't/couldn't zerg rush the countries we built. In own experience racism towards the Chinese and Japanese in particular comes to down to old and entirely valid grudges from the war (Japan in particular), and based on the CCP's habit of economic empire building (who the parasitic retards in charge happily facilitate) and the Mainland Chinese inability to drive a car like a normal person, and their general rudeness. Although the last points seem to have been toned down or over shadowed by indians in both respects.

To their credit, I've never heard any major incidents with these specific Indians that are involved but I know a few of the (East and Southeast Asians) organizers secretly dislike jeets. At least one told me they think jeets should go in their own category because they keep using the term 'Asian' to hide behind the better PR of the yellows and that there has to be a massive gulf in genetic difference from them and chinks/gooks/indogs/etc

I see the story as a warning that Pajeets will attempt to undermine anything, even if it is in place for the sole purpose of helping them.

Funnily enough, the Wikipedia article lists two different examples for pest control campaigns associated with 'perverse incentive' with historical records, the first being Veitnamese Rat Catchers performing non-white behavior and cutting rat tails off to prove to the French that they killed rats but then releasing them into sewers to breed so they could catch more rats.
The second is a US based one, where in 2007-2008 the US Army in Georgia wanted to reduce the local wild pig population, but this failed not because people were being conniving retards, but because the presence of hunters actually increases wild population because they didn't go for females and juveniles and only went for large males, in addition to the feed they used as bait acting as an additional food source for the pigs.

These bosses are themselves Indians, that's why when one of them gets in, they bring a whole load of others in with them after a while because they know how to bully and exploit them.

This gradually goes up the chain of command until the entire company is just majority Indian except the shareholders.
