India is barricaded from the rest of Asia by deserts and the highest mountains in the world, and AFAIK doesn't have any real resources, that can't also be found elsewhere. Add to the fact that its overpopulated by jeets and also extremely polluted, and it becomes a rather undesirable target for conquest.

In the past there was at least the spice trade, and the landscape was far less populated/polluted, hence more inviting to invaders. But in current year, what reason or incentive is there for anyone to invade India? Outside of border disputes like Kashmir, it seems like most of their neighbors don't actually wants anything to do with them. And outside of India "playing neutral/hard-to-get" between NATO and Russia/China, the rest of the world doesn't seem to care much either.

I don't think protecting India requires glowies, the simplest explanation is that it's a relatively hard-to-invade shithole with a giant population and few unique resources. But if anyone has a better explanation I'm all ears.

They don't care about long-term interest payments because they know they'll probably be back in India roughly 1/3rd of the way through their 30-year mortgage and even if they aren't, they know the right magic words via their coethnics in government and law to get their loan put into various homeowner assistance programs.

A fast house for less money up front is basically instant status that they can brag about.

It isn't. Explaining how we got here and why the impulse is so sticky requires some context:

Back in the day, India was such a shithole that even the upper crusts were ambling to get out. In the 90s and 00s, companies got extremely sweetheart deals on people who were essentially the vestigial legacy of British rule's effects on education. The British did not rule their colonies directly, but rather relied on a mixture of bringing people to the imperial core in the Isles and building universities in the colonies in order to train up a competent, indigenous elite class to oversee most things in the colonies.

As we get into the 90s, globalization meant that this dying elite class suddenly got put up on the global market and companies realized they could snap up people who were raised like aristocratic intellectuals for pennies on the dollar. These people were competent, affable, and had a strong sense of personal ethics instilled into them from British education. Their skills were sometimes questionable (it's really hard to outskill Americans, Europeans, and East Asians generally speaking), but they required very little money to scout and hire and resisted moving from company to company making their lifetime costs quite favorable. There were also a lot of them available because post-colonial India during the Cold War was a third-world semi-socialist shithole where the skillsets and talent these people had cultivated mostly sat unused.

The problem is - those people don't really exist anymore. They cannot exist anymore. Modern Indian education, when it isn't the BJP inventing fairytales about Hindu sci-fi inventions, is mostly rote memorization. It's designed to be scalable to an absurd degree and drops the old pretenses of the British system in favor of pumping numbers on spreadsheets in order to make the local party bosses look good. The classic British education stuff is reserved for a very small cabal of people who rarely leave the country anymore and who see their ranks shrink every year as Indian society has become hostile to everything that is remotely British or western (I work with a guy like this and there's a very specific way he treats his fellow Indians that clues you in that he was trained from birth to tard wrangle colonials).

Anyway, even though these people don't exist anymore, companies are still chasing the high of being able to scoop them up en masse. It's like how heroin addicts almost always start out with plentiful pain pills from overly-generous prescriptions before progressing to black tar gutter gunk - everyone involved knows this is legitimately harmful and backwards but they can't stop rolling for the possibility that the next 100 H1-B retards they pull will secretly be more wayward elites they can add to their talent pool. Upper management in a lot of places is still firmly boomer and gen X and a lot of these people still remember the time when they could get truly excellent people in bulk easily just by going to India and they still think that they will somehow hit it big if they keep the Indian labor tap open. They haven't updated their worldviews fully but now that the competency crisis is starting to hit bottom lines, a lot of them are waking up and deciding methadone might be in order. But reversing things is going to be a generational endeavor.

It's not, but none of these fuckers care about the long term. It is all about pumping up short term profits by cutting costs so you can sell your share at an overinflated value to the next corporat who is just going to do the exact same fucking thing. Rinse and repeat until the entire job market collapses under a ton of (literal) shit and incompetence.

We focused on this several hundred pages back. Jeets ride on top of trains, NOT because of overpopulation, but because they are trying to ride without paying the fare. They think they are smarter than you for doing that. Trains are not made assuming people will be on top of them, they get lucky and free-ride the same section over and over for weeks, this section does not have low power lines, they get used to it and eventually start standing up. Then they ride somewhere new where the power lines had to be lowered and they get fried. Same shit happens for buses - jeets know there is nothing the driver can do if they jump on when it's starting to take off, if they fuck up their jump then they nosedive under the bus wheels. In your case, if the jeet made it to another country, they think shit is the same there (typical low iq jeet mentality where they think the rest of the world accepts scamming) and did it there too thinking it will work.

Now how do you think their respect is for the legal system and the law when they come to white countries...
 

Girl, 12, is raped by 200 men in three months after being trafficked to India after running away from home when she failed an exam and was scared her parents would be angry​

A 12-year-old girl from Bangladesh has been rescued from a prostitution ring in India after she was raped by more than 200 men in just three months.

Officers said the girl's ordeal began when she failed a school subject and feared being beaten by her parents.

She ran away with the help of a woman she knew, who smuggled her across the border and sold her into the sex trade, according to police.

Police said she was first taken to Nadiad in Gujarat, where she was repeatedly abused.

Ten people have been arrested, but campaigners say the rescue is only the start.

She was freed on July 26 during a joint operation by the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit of the Mira-Bhayandar Vasai-Virar police, working with NGOs Exodus Road India Foundation and Harmony Foundation.

'This girl has not even reached her teenage years, but her childhood has been stolen by such monsters in the flesh trade,' said Abraham Mathai, founder-chairman of the Harmony Foundation.

'Behind every such rescue is a child who wasn't heard; a child failed first by those meant to protect her, and then by a society that only reacts when it's too late.'
These figures do not take into account the incidents that happen in areas where reporting is not always seen as the best solution.

According to reports, victims and their families are often forced into silence by intimidation and a broken justice system.

In 2022, only 3% of cases involving child rape resulted in any conviction.
