I love how Indians overall are more likely to make these ass dial type videos. I wonder how they never notice that they just attach them to posts they make; browsing PetitTube a while ago shows that tons of these non-sequitur videos get uploaded to YouTube literally every minute.

Also, is it just me, or have people lately started launching petitions in response to anything that simply hurts their feelings lately? I could've sworn major news-breaking petitions with myriads of signatures used to be rarer in the past.

The LAPD just released video footage of a violent Indian criminal named Gurpreet Singh, a Sikh Indian who swung his machete like a maniac in July of this year.

Officers tried to warn the Pajeet of not threatening to murder people with the machete and Singh refused resulting in his murder by police.

Baptized Sikhs will typically carry a sword (kirpan) as part of the five articles of faith they're required to wear. Most Sikhs are smart enough to carry small, sheathed blades that are out of sight when moving to first world countries, but this one was dumb enough to start brandishing it.

Yes, the employer will do everything to reject you, and probably will not want to interview at all.

If they did that, consider filing charges against them with US DOL. Employers must consider all qualified Americans when they place labor condition ads and PERM job ads. For PERM jobs specifically, if qualified Americans are responding to the ads, this fails the Labor Market Test (LMT) even if the employer doesn't want to hire them.

Not hiring a US citizen because they're white is not going to get the LMT to pass for filing an application for Permanent Residency in the United States.

This shit really disgusts me. The corpos and their mouthpieces go out and say, with a totally straight face, that they cannot find anyone in the US to do basic business administrative work.

So we need to hire Indians and give them permanent residence. We also only put out advertisements in the local newspaper in Houston. But only in the Vietnamese language newspaper. That's more like a community newsletter you can only pick up at the asian grocery store or other community shops. We have no idea why nobody applied!

Lots of things do require rote memorization. Broadly speaking after decades of working with Indians there are exactly two kinds. The first kind is requires step by step instruction for everything and must follow flowcharts and to accomplish absolutely anything, the second kind is more problem solving oriented and works similar to how an American might. At least in the technology sector.

The overwhelming majority fall into the former group. I hate them. They cannot do anything without having step 1-X. If anything is "missed" in the instructions they are incapable of making that leap themselves. This is why I avoid interacting with this type. Some are generous and call this being overeducated. But it isn't that. Its having only an extremely narrow scope of knowledge and an inability to reach out beyond it.
 
So youtube has taken it upon itself to reccomend me sub 100 view videos from india.
