These are things Indians do in India, just like Americans do in America or brits in britain. You act like they will make no attempt at assimilation to any extent if they come to the US, which is just false. Lived experiences of Indians will disprove this, maybe go outside and talk to some
"It's ok if Indians litter because Americans litter too" is the dumbest line of reasoning people use that demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of why people are mad. Our societal values traditionally used heavy shame to deter that type of behavior, ie if you litter, steal, assault people, scam, etc, you are ostracized from the entire community, even your own family is barely willing to defend you, and if you try to say you had to do it because your life was hard and unfair, you'd get laughed at, spit on, and told to stop making excuses and be a better human.
We started importing other groups that don't share these same values and aren't motivated by shame in the same way so they can't be deterred by the same methods, but The Powers That Be want those people around anyway so there is a cultural push to be less "judgmental" and worry more about "context" and accept that since these people had a different upbringing and cultural background, we simply have to accept their bad behavior. Creating a new, lower standard for behavior for a separate group automatically lowers the original standard for the old group, because people will not tolerate being obligated to behave better than their peers; if Paco can steal and get a slap on the wrist, then so can John, and if John gets the book thrown at him for it, so must Paco, and John does not give a fuck that Paco's dad died when he was 2 and his mom's boyfriend pimped him out for drugs in Tijuana.
The two-tiered nature of our society where browns get a separate standard and more forgiveness for their bad behavior IS the problem, the mass import of badly behaving browns is a symptom of it. Whites that steal and litter need to be hanged too, and there are more of them now because they see the browns doing it, befriend them and internalize their justifications for why it's fine to do, and their/our moral fiber is degraded a little more. Immigrants could be allowed into society if we adopted a Singapore style of governance, where petty drug dealers are hanged on the first offense and litterers get caned in the shins until they can barely walk, and these draconian standards are applied equally to everyone. "It's their culture, they can't help it, but we have to be nice and hope their kids assimilate in 30 years or so" is unacceptable, there is no room for half measures, either assimilate fully ASAP, meaning great personal sacrifice as you give up your background to fit in in a new home. or get the fuck out.
