The whistleblower works at PayPal's headquarters and has witnessed truly revolting behavior from his Indian colleagues in terms of hygiene. They report: "I see a lot of Indians barely washing their hands, just rinsing under water without soap or drying. And that is the best case, as some do not even bother to pretend. Talking about bathrooms, it is not uncommon for the toilet seat to be left full of pee..."
All of PayPal's managers are Indian and this has resulted in not only familiar ethnic nepotistic behavior, but bizarre inter-Indian tribal disputes. In the whistleblower's last meeting, one of his colleagues issued "an anonymous complaint about some team members using their own dialect to exclude others." The department head read it front of the entire meeting and apologized, admitting to doing it himself and encouraging everyone to speak English "to be more inclusive." Why is this even an issue at an AMERICAN corporation? At that same meeting, another colleague suggested that PayPal allow workers to work remotely two weeks per year to make handling visa issues easier.
In the whistleblower's last technical meeting, which was about 50 people, there was only one white person and three Chinese nationals. The rest were Indian. The Indians will also dress in a slobbish, unprofessional fashion, wearing soccer jerseys or sports hats. Indian women will, at least, wear their traditional garb.
Indians at PayPal work extremely odd and bizarre hours, from coming into work at 10am and leaving at 4pm to coming in late at night. Some have even gone back to India to work remotely. In the whistleblower's team, there is a squad based in India, forcing the team to hold meetings at 9pm at night to synchronize with the Indians back in India. PayPal has never asked its India-based workers to sacrifice their evenings for the sake of the America-based workers. PayPal even gives its Indian workers their own separate cafeteria, while the building has been decorated with Indian artwork and decorations.
Recently, PayPal has hired a large number of contractors, almost all of them Indians on H-1B or F-1 visas. The whistleblower believes this is "a way to reduce the official number of foreign workers on record." PayPal CEO Alex Chriss is currently doing a tour in India, but he has no interest in extending the same courtesy to PayPal's Canadian or European offices. As a final note, the whistleblower has noticed that the first floor of their building is 70 percent white, but every other floor is 2 percent white.

It's not hard to outcompete a competition that runs on jeet code. Chinese engineers cost a fraction of the amount of an American engineer while being legally allowed to just hire absolutely no diversity. My laptop's microphone doesn't work after windows updates. It's apparently a known issue for the audio system to get wrecked by windows fucking with the drivers. I got the audio working again after updating the bios but the mic is still dead.
