I absolutely refuse to rely on jeet videos for anything related to software, their coding tutorials are somehow even worse, and no matter how desperate I am, I'd never install anything they tell me to.

I know - I just meant to say that they aren't as cringeworthy as the jeets. They are a menace and they need to be gone, however.

Much like their obsession with antiquated 1600s English that is technically correct but sounds stupid now, they always use 2001 tier methods like they make 500 factories or whatever the fuck or the facade method and shit you've never heard about and if you google it, everyone's deleted every reference to it because of how stupid and wrong it is and the only thing that still exists is a wikipedia page telling you how stupid and antiquated this method is. If they make it into the corporate world, it's almost like, oh wow, I dunno, they seem to be specifically picking these methods to fuck everything up but technically get the job "done" and also make it so that any future additions to it requires 10 times the billable hours. Wow I guess that's a coincidence though it has nothing to do with their shitty street shitter culture though.

Internally the company is super woke (they fully supported trannies in the military, and still do). USAA also debanked several Trump personnel, including most-recently when it discovered one of Trump's lawyers is a USAA member. They closed his bank account out.

An American company that formerly had its entire schtick being patriotic has followed suit with the status quo of the treatment of veterans by practically spitting on them, had the Jeet flood infest the head of this company to mass firings of whites to replace with more jeets, and engaging in the gaynigger practice of debanking and is fully wrapped up in the faggy culture war. To top it off the useless as usual judiciary hand waved their activities giving them a green light to continue their crimes

In recent years corporate IT has become full of awful conventions and many people never put two and two together to figure out why. Stuff like mandating that every server instance be loaded up with so much monitoring spyware that it needs 30GB of free memory to run it all on top of the requirements for the actual productive work being done with the server. Requirements that all software builds retrieve libraries from a single centrally-administered private repository for the sake of security, and adding any new libraries requires you to file a ticket and wait a week for someone to get around to it.

The standard now is to never trust developers and treat them like special needs kids who will raid the pantry for matches and burn down the house the second they aren't being watched. When you talk to guys who've been around for a decade or more, they mention that this stuff was rapidly ramped up when they hired all the "new devs" and had "problems" that they don't want to discuss in detail. When you realize the new hires are the same breed of "people" who will try to u-turn across a freeway it all makes sense. They waste untold millions of dollars and man-years of work to prevent their elite human capital from blowing up the system or stealing all the sensitive data.

Freedom of religion only exists so that the 6 gorillion different Protestant sects that existed in the 13 Colonies didn’t endlessly clash over another over minor bullshit. It wasn’t supposed to be applied to jeets because the Constitution was made when mass air travel was a concept that seemed akin to time travel in its impossibility to come into fruition. The Founders can tolerate a few White weirdos converting to Islam, Hinduism, or some other oriental religion, but never mass immigration and never from places like the Middle East and India.
