The upcoming competency crashout is going to be hilarious. The boomers think it's cause zoomers are entitled and lazy and don't want to work (for slave wages so the boomers can live like nobility forever) but it's actually the ongoing jeetification of every industry they can worm their way into. It's hilarious. Various big huge corporate cornerstones are collapsing because of it, and the tech industry is in an unspoken race -- get AI working to replace the jeets before the jeets destroy everything, all while the jeets are rushing to infest everything INCLUDING the AI companies to make sure they're never replaced.
One way or another the entire system seems like it's creaking and falling apart at the seams and boy howdy when it finally does go, it's going to be fun. I just hope the fucking boomers are still alive to see it, since their gameplan appears to be "die before the consequences hit."

On a side note, how is Indian reception to the Western Woke media that has been putting out in recent years? Do they actually like the said media, even if it's because they're told to do so, and not because they genuinely like it, or do they hate it because they "don't have enough Indian representation", or for other reasons?

But yeah, it was mainly Westerners who invented philosophy, sciences, and the basis of modern legal systems.
Not to mention modern architecture, cars, planes, motorcycles, the modern high speed highway system, modern medicine and surgery techniques, computers, the internet, rocketry, satellites, telecommunication, television, fiber optics, lasers, smart munitions, modern weaponry, the locomotive and rail roads, indoor plumbing, indoor heating and cooling/HVAC systems, the motion picture, the printing press, cellular phones, and, y'know...pretty much everything else the modern world depends upon. Sure, some of these things were improved upon by other cultures, such as Japan greatly improving upon computers, televisions, portable audio systems like CDs and CD players, video game systems...but the concepts and initial inventions that built our world mostly all started in America and Europe.

India invented nothing and they popularized nothing, what they mean by this is they made a shitty Hindi rip-off of it and think that all their worthless Indian friends using it means literally anything. Best example is every major smartphone app has a shitty Hindi version. They retroactively do the same with other inventions too.
Jeet's retarded logic works like this: If we ripped it off in 2022 and we got a bunch of shitty Indians using it, it's just as good as when the app was made in 2010 "because it's been 3 years now". If we copied and stole it in 500 AD, we have 1,525 years where a bunch of shitty Indians were using it so it doesn't matter that Greeks invented it in 200 BC, "because it's been 1500 years now".

I actually just had this thought earlier today, especially in relation to microsoft (jeetsoft). Like, they can limp by with maybe 20-25% jeet, but if the jeet hits like 60% or more there's not enough people left who can do the actual work and who aren't scammers with faked credentials..., Once that happens then you get shit like my WIN11 update issue that took out my hard drive drivers and the one that hit others that followed it.
This might also explain the scramble to quash down on H1Bs now. They realize that there will be issues going forward and the cost of mopping up jeet poop will outweigh the saved money by hiring literal retards at slave wages.

This is hundreds of pages back but I wrote stories like this, working at various shitty corps, and I can tell you for sure that they have already long past hit the "jeet singularity" as we can call it where you pass the point of no return where it's just all jeets jumping back and forth trying to trick each other into doing the work, neither of them ever do. Now take the same concept but instead of jeets on a team, do the same but it's teams of jeets batting basic shit back and forth. So HR has to have its head up everyone's ass and thankfully at least in that case, the brownness-factor nullifies since it's equal on both sides.
The sad part is what happens is they know they have to bring in white people. HR does too and both HR and jeets are collectively playing a dangerous game where they know insolvency is a few weeks away, but if they forego their hatred of whites they can bump that up to a few months instead. They just do this forever.
If you walk around the office you would always see teams of 20 shitty jeets with one white person that'd do a 3 month stint to get them out of the hole. Even the indian managers know. They are basically playing chess with white people and strategically move them back out when they get to like 99% etc.
Companies know deep down that there is a core of whites that are secretly keeping the company running, and no matter how much twitter tells them to, they know they can't fire them.

The answer is like the 2008 crash, they HAVE to have the crash, they have to have a few bad quarters or years of restructuring as they get rid of the fucking jeets and repair everything, but they can't do that cause for one, the Jeets took over every system of power they could because there's NOTHING a Jeet masturbates to harder than being a manager, not even bobs and vageen will get their microdicks as hard as the idea of being a manager with a bunch of slaves working under them -- and for two, a bad quarter or 8 + restructuring would look bad to the shareholders and the board of directors and that would get you fired, and so like the economy, we can't FIX SHIT because FIXING SHIT means taking RESPONSIBILITY and doing that would have CONSEQUENCES and listen we only have like 20 more years until the boomers all die and retire from the industry, surely things can hold together for that long, right? The "scramble" sadly seems to come primarily from politicians who want more votes for themselves for the next election. Large corpos still want trillions of jeet "workers" NOW NOW NOW! Hell, just today or yesterday I saw Elon once again repeating the "muh skilled worker shortage" lie and even claimed that the Roman Empire fell due to skilled worker shortages. Also, as @llllIllIllIIIIllI said, it's already too late for most of those companies as they've reached the jeet singularity and have reached the following downward spiral: Their products and services take a nosedive in quality, people stop buying their products or using their services, revenue falls. The jeet-dominated C-suite and management take the jugaad way out in order to increase revenue - just squeeze the rest of the suckers that are their costumers even further. Increase prices, take away basic features to try and keep costs down or turn once free features into paid "premium" ones, spend way too much effort going after "freeloaders" to try and squeeze them out of money (examples being account sharing bans for Netflix or Youtube's war against adblockers). These measures inevitably piss off another part of their customer base, which then leave. This once again leads to the jeet-dominated C-suite and management to try and squeeze their remaining customers even further. Rinse and repeat.
