“Cheap” is an understatement. Jeets, especially the outsourced Jeets, get no health benefits and no retirement saving like what is required in the USA. The Corpos that I work for use jeetery, and they would have to lose over 40% of their business for the out sourcing to actually lower their profits and affect the cocksuckers at the top of the company. Even then Corpos would listen to retards like Vivek Ramaswamy and surmise that it’s the over paid lazy Whites costing the company money! Not the room temperature jeets who are literally following run books like they are assembling ikea furniture.

Keep in mind

-Indians kill/abort their daughters to avoid paying dowrys
-Indian women are fleeing India and view Indian men as undesirable
-India's environment is toxic and significantly reduces their lifespans
- India has a gender and demographic imbalance that will plummet these birth rates even further
- Indians in the west also have low birth rates
- India will probably get nuked by Pakistan

The battle is won - now just hold the line.
 
I took an uber today and as soon as I got in the car, it stunk like Indian B.O. (AKA shit). The whole trip, he has this podcast called Let's Learn English blasting over the speakers, the host talking in Blue's Clues cadence about how Westerns say "How are you doing" for 15 fucking minutes. This cocksucker was driving while learning how to say "Hello" in a casual white person way while I'm stuck in the back with the stink fumes.

Also remember the Indian tenant story where the carpet had curry stains? Yeah, the professional cleaners had came and tried but couldn't make a dent in it. The pig just left the curry stains there and didn't even try to clean it and now the carpet is ruined.

It seems every day I find a new reason to dislike them.

While Izzat has some similarities to face culture, there exists no equivalent of "Giving face" in Izzat. This is one reason why East Asians come off as socially conservative or introverted but also initially hospitable. They are people who will willingly inconvenience themselves if it means avoiding accidentally inconveniencing you, on top of generally being contributors to their society's high trust. Indians with Izzat however believe that someone being in the way is an opportunity to acquire Izzat by simply plowing through the person in question like a Juggernaut. it is good to waste the time of people who they genuinely need to ask for help from, as taking a more capable person's attention grants oneself Izzat, even if you have no actual intent or means to make use of what you're being taught or helped with.

Providing food and foodservice to someone is negative Izzat because your resources and time were consumed to give someone else food, even if you made money as a result of the transaction. Appearing apathetic and putting in as little effort as possible is the default method when scamming isn't possible.

Hello, my work has started indianization.
All managers that are H1Bs have at most 2 non-H1B (ie: non southeast-asian) direct reports, most have none.

Do you guys know what specifically to look for in building a case to send to the US DoL? I want to build a solid discrimination case and send it off to the feds. If you guys have any advice or experience with these sort of legal matters, please share.

I think you'd have to somehow prove that there were non-H1B applicants to those job positions that were passed over in favor of H1B's.

They typically game that system by posting the job vacancy to some random bumfuck periodical nobody sees, which means they can go "wowee look nobody responded, we were forced to hire Rajneet Dikshit from Bangalore!"

More commonly, and I have seen this countless times here in Canada, they do advertise the jobs, they will even have recruiters send out hundreds of emails and phone calls for the jobs, but they offer a wage that is barely above minimum, while also demanding qualifications that nobody who earned them in a civilized country would ever consider working for such a low wage.

Once everyone worth hiring tells them to shove it, they can say they found no qualified applicants and hire a visa worker for minimum wage and pocket the difference between that and what the client is really paying.

I subcontracted on a project when I was desperate for work, and was getting $19 per hour while ExxonMobil paid CompuCom $85 per hour for me to be there.

ok, so let's say I have friends (I dont) and they apply to the positions as non H1Bs, maybe that would be a good start?
