He most certainly bleached his skin.
In the first picture the skin tone is uneven in many spots, if you pay attention to his neck, face and cuticles the shade varies greatly. As he clearly puts more emphasis on the face.

Another sign is his skin blackening from the damage, you can see it in his cuticle and in the picture where he is in a car his cheeks are slightly blackened.

And besides that he clearly wears makeup as apparent in the pfp.

His clothes also make him look bulkier than he really is, that's not to say he isn't fat though

This concerns me greatly. I recycle a LOT.
I know metals, like aluminum cans, can be recycled and reused almost indefinitely due how easy it is to melt and reform metal. Plastic is much less recyclable but, depending on the plastic, has multiple lives. I'm not positive on exactly how much more life cardboards and papers get when recycled.
I can accept that some things are better incinerated. Maybe there's no cost-effective way to recycle something. Maybe the only cost-effective way to do it does more harm than good (because it's done in China or India). I don't like it, but I get it.
But I find it hard to believe that there isn't a cheap and effective way to recycle something as easily recyclable as metals. Like... just melt it down, clear off the slag and impurities that float to the top, and pour it into a mold? Am I crazy in thinking this?

You can tell what's worth recycling by what people pay for or steal. Gypsies don't nick your waste plastic and paper, for example. Recycling metal always makes money. White glass is just about net positive, while other glass is better off used as aggregate filler. Food slops make decent compost, so they can be recycled profitably in a well-organised system. Everything else is better off incinerated.
 
So time to really powerlevel here: In the TTRPG Vampire The Masquerade there's an entire clan of vampire jeets. Well, most of the ones you meet in the West are gonna be gypsies, but a jeet is a jeet no matter how the turd smells. For some explanation for the unenlightened, each clan in Vampire has a weakness. The Ravnos' weakness is that they have to mentally restrain themselves from not engaging in whatever vice or sin is laid out right in front of them.

Sound familliar? Now, this information all comes from the (relatively) sanitized 20th anniversary edition, published in 2011 long after Vampire stopped being relevant. For some further explanation, vampires usually either follow the path of humanity (which is all about not harming unnecessarily, staying hidden, etc), though some older vampires often follow other paths that are a lot more detached from traditional human morals. Most of them are still based in some variant of judeochristian faith, however.

Then you get to the Western Path of Paradox, a path of enlightenment largely devised by the Ravnos. And despite the "western" appended to it, it's just as popular back home in jeetland too. So it's easier to understand, the higher the rating, the more it's considered an unrealistic standard. For example, a vampire with a humanity rating of 10 is so saintly and pacifistic he'll drop down a point for swatting a fly or laying hands on a mortal even in self defense. Each rating itself is considered something of a code or rule for the vampire following the path, as well.

For a quick glossary for non-players of the terms used below:
  • Diablerie: The process of eating another vampire's soul and absorbing their power.
  • Cainites: A synonym for vampires.
  • Embrace: Turning someone/being turned into a vampire/the curse of vampirism
  • Sect: Basically a vampire government
  • Blood Bond: A supernatural oath formed when a vampire drinks the blood of another. It makes it nigh impossible to resist the commands or even feel hatred towards the vampire you drank the blood of.
To translate this into laymen's terms
  • 10: It's a lesser sin to not murder and steal from the powerful of other races
  • 9: It's a minor sin to not murder your competitors.
  • 8: It's a minor sin to care about those who aren't part of your race.
  • 7: It's a sin to not immediately rape/murder/steal/lie/etc to satisfy yourself
  • 6: It's a somewhat serious sin to not lie and deceive people.
  • 5: It's a somewhat serious sin to get caught stealing.
  • 4: It's a serious sin to not go completely scorched earth when your izzat is threatened.
  • 3: It's a major sin to follow the laws of another race
  • 2: If your jugaad is exposed you have committed a grave and deadly sin
  • 1: If you bend the knee to someone or god forbid go without amusing yourself you are literally satan.
What's my point in all of this? I dunno, other than that White Wolf was pretty fucking based back in the day.

Elon has a very 'tis way of clearly seeing exactly what a problem and its cause is. And he's not driven by $$ greed > all other considerations.

Once the Jeetfuckery happening in his companies becomes apparent, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts spearheading The Great Flush as a result.

Honestly recycling paper and cardboard is strange to still be a thing. It's biodegradable, and we use tree farms to make it. WE aren't ripping up our forests to make paper anymore.
