-An Indian electrician in Australia has been jailed for 5 years for raping a 75 years old woman after installing the solar panels on her home in Sydney.
-Vijay told the woman that she was just like his mother. After two days, he returned to fix a power issue & raped her in her home while she was alone.
-He blamed his wife for not having sex with her and justified lack of sex in his life as reason for his assault.
Dhumal’s wife, Gauri, appeared in court to show her support. She said she accepted the verdict but did not want to discuss the case. “My husband is loving and respectful,” she told the court.
The rape occured in April 2024 and it took until Dec 2025 for sentencing. I don't know how it takes that long for an open and shut case like this. The fucking wife should be deported to, defending her rapist husband (who is some sort of distant cousin of hers most likely). 'He's loving and respectful' when he targeted an elderly woman who lived alone to rape her.
The victim said her life had completely changed after the assault. “I am only existing, not living,” she said. “I am in prison in my own home.” The 75-year-old said she had stepped back from all the volunteer work she once enjoyed and now lives in constant fear. “This home is supposed to give me security, peace and good memories, but now it is a horrific and tragic place to live,” she wrote. “I bolt all the windows and doors. I am always alarmed that someone knows I live alone and will come in again and harm me.” She described Dhumal as a “deeply evil person” and said his actions had caused a forever trauma in her life.

The Administrative Review Tribunal ruled in his favour, allowing him to remain in Australia, citing the potential impact his deportation would have on his three-year-old daughter. However, an intervention order remains in place that prevents him from having any contact with the child."
So the courts have ruled you can't deport a migrant rapist if they have a child because it will harm the child (after harming 18! other woman) even if he's such a piece of such he is legally barred from any contact with said child. So what difference would it make if he's in the country or not to this 3 year old? It's a fucking joke,
