Sad reason why jeets do this is the same reason why they scam call old people - because 1 out of 100,000 times, it works.

There's a particular type of dipshit boomer business owner that fucked up their own company, they know it, and all they respond to anymore is having their dick sucked. All they do is keep a core group of ass-kissers around as they know they only have a few years left in business before their cash reserves run out. This is where the jeet comes in because they suck dick for cheap and tell the dipshit boomer what they want to hear. What the jeet does is take a backseat ride and join meetings for a couple months and suck dick, then one day they say the answer to all their shitty problems is to pay them $10,000 consulting fee to set up some bullshit system blah blah blah.
