I think I've ranted about this before in this thread but the last time I visited my favorite local sandwich shop I watched this mealy-mouthed pajeet new hire fuck up my order like 4 times. I literally had to guide him on what to put on the sandwich because he just kept putting things I didn't order on it and then he just threw everything in the trash and tried again. I literally just ended up leaving the shop right as he was preparing the fourth fuck-up. I live in a town located near a big city and just half a decade ago I think I've only seen a pajeet like 3 times in my life. Just picture that scene from Freddy got Fingered where Gord puts a shitload of cheese on a sandwich, but instead of cheese it's a fuckton of cucumbers and half a bottle of mustard.

I'm experiencing this right now. Well, not for long because I'm about to get fired. Anyway, this is my first time having an Indian manager (who is also a woman!) and my second job after college. I'm doing risk analytics for a bank. I've been at this job since October and my manager refused to train, help, or onboard me with anything and then would shame me for not knowing things. I have no problem with learning things on my own but doing so with zero support isn't very constructive. She used this as a justification to never assign me anything and then complain that I wasn't doing anything. By December we were having weekly progress meetings that she used to re-confirm all of these things to my face. I know it's asking for a lot considering that I work in data analytics, but I vow to never work for an Indian ever again. The caste system and izzat have irreparably fucked with the way they interact with people, especially ones who report to them.
