So this is game related, kind of.

This symbol has been propping up in video games from the past 6 months. Many speculate it's an elaborate Easter Egg attached to an Alternative Reality Game (think Cicadia) and a lot of people have been finding 'puzzle pieces' associated with the ARG. No one is exactly sure what it is but I have speculations it's more of a nod towards semi-popularized indie developers and it's just some edgy indie thing. Most puzzle pieces have been found, but pieces are missing and so are other games, the symbol is found in many indie games, for example:
  • Crypt of the NecroDancer
  • Mini Metro
  • Moon Hunters
  • Soda Drinker Pro
  • Slide the Shakes
  • Kingdom of Loathing
  • Quadrilateral Cowboy

Currently this is the most detailed and patched version of the map, most believe it is a map surrounding Canberra, ACT, Australia but that's just all garbage imho.

So, questions Kiwi, have you seen it?

Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. It'd be neat if it turned out to be some big collaboration between all those indie devs, but the question I have is: To what end? Like, what do they need the remaining locations of the puzzle pieces for if they can deduce what the puzzle pieces would look like? Doesn't seem to matter where the puzzle pieces came from, either, since they're not marked down in that graph you posted.

Didn't Valve seed stuff into indie games ahead of the Portal 2 release as well?

This is the way to the secret bunker that the rest of MGS5 is hidden in.

It's stealth advertising for Dishonored 2.

Either that, or they're all in affiliation with the Stranger, whom seems to be some kind of demonic presence... and with them being indie developers, I wouldn't be surprised if they're all in a pact with Satan.
