@Wheezy Asthmatic wanted us thread regulars to rewrite the Graeme Kelly OP a few years ago but we never actually got round to finishing it. I'm happy to do it because the original OP is outdated, the thread creator is AWOL and it uses youtube videos instead of proper archives. Should I begin at my own leisure or do I need to get the go ahead from someone before starting? I read this project was on hiatus?

That's fine. I'll just slowly work on it and then when it's done, i'm in no hurry to get it merged. I'll let you know when it's done so you can add it to the list for dear feeder to look at eventually.
 
I've been interested in rewriting or updating old or otherwise dated OPs for a while, so this thread is right up my alley. The current list of threads I'm looking at are:
Plus the Pyro thread, which I'm already working on. If you boys have some advice on where to get started with really fat, content-plump rewrites a la Greta Gustava (especially @Osama Bin Laden cause you've done a bang up job on the Blowblax thread), I'd love to hear it.

Edit: Why does Nick Bate have 3 threads? Probably irrelevant since he's gonezo but just figured I'd bring it up cause he's one of the more interesting historical lolcows I know of.

I usually start by reading the OG thread and sifting through posts that are important to include in it. If it helps. try and find unbiased videos regarding Pyro and use that as a source. a lot of the information i've found on bowblax was through the highlights of the youtube commentary thread

The intro paragraph, in my opinion, comes off as a bit too PA. You don't need to add all the extra insults, I'd probably add something like "She is a previous sexual partner of CP/loli defender Destiny", and then hyperlink the word "Destiny" to Destiny's KF thread. I think you should point out the retardation, but also try and keep it neutral. I've read many threads that have this weird "anger" towards a subject.

At the outset, I'd like to confirm that the only person who doxed Kimberly was Kimberly. She has, on occasion, shown her full name on stream. She has told us what her car was. Told us where she was when she fucked Tiny Tim. Showed us her face and told us her major. She told us how big her college was which helped narrow down things pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, some retard on the internet did manage to get the dox for her some time ago, but then failed to archive all of the resources that had that info. Best we’ve got is provided by the primary co-creator on this thread. Luckily I was able to help find some additional info from her own streams and clips that helps support this.

I strongly recommend only uploading locally instead of posting YouTube videos because half of the videos have been taken down, while the other half is still up. If I had to emphasize something other than writing skills, make sure you archive everything from her, even if it doesn't seem important at the time, you never know.

My biggest issue with the thread is the laziness of including archives or local archives. the important key details that you'd want is either taken down or copyright struck. I could nitpick about the spelling errors, but I don't care enough about that.

Also, you still have a shitload of attachments waiting to be inserted. So, thread itself isn't bad but the amount of hotlinking youtube links and internet archive makes me hate the thread.

The site also used to be less tolerant of very very long threads and start to break. Lots of early threads of ancient lolcows have thousands of pages and got split up. It also messed up SEO.

@Osama Bin Laden Thanks for the critique. I have been very lazy about maintaining the thread in part because she basically just ceased acting retarded. I agree with it all, especially the archiving. There's a reason behind it but I'll eat shit for it as I should have known better. It needs a rewrite and I'll get off my ass and knock it out before years end. The tone wont change as it was done with a bit of purpose. I'll think about changing some of it though, PA feeling or not. Everything else I'm with you on.
