IIRC there was some tradeback fuckery sale going on with that, because they'll do this for people who are farming gamestop credit. Like if you bring in 70 copies of one game and even if you split them among different stores, you're making them pay more for the copies than you did.

That was one of my favorite parts of this whole shitshow. Abby's voice actress was never given the context for her voice lines and was absolutely horrified when she played the game. If I remember correctly she called Abby sociopath and a monster.

Are you sure it was the voice actress? I thought it was the model that they used for Abby (she was modeled after a real woman before Druckmann and his team made a few adjustments).

I do find it very amusing how TLOU2 stans still talk about how amazing of a character Abby is despite her voice actress, mocap actress and facial actress all finding her terrible.

Bailey definitely did not like Abby in the slightest, and even said the only way she could deal with her is with the knowledge that the character is meant to be hated (at least as far as she is concerned). In her own words:
