Developer Beta 2 dropped on Monday for 26 across the board. Noticed another performance boost on my M2 Pro MBP, and some minor issues on the iOS build were fixed.

The public beta is going to blow some minds.

It gives me default Tiger wallpaper vibes

Well, Apple changed the way they handle EventTaps from CGF api/framework which completely crashed one of my apps on Tahoe and so far I can't find away around it. It's on the app store and I think I have to pull it until I can get this sorted but it's very annoying and Apple does shit like this all of the time.

That's why they put out the dev beta, genius. It is so you can sort this shit out before the official release.

You seem to have the dev chops of a pajeet if you don't get that beta OSes break shit all the time.

My issue isn't that the new OS is just causing issues, it's that the issues are largely permission based and I HATE the way Apple makes the user perpetually deal with permissions from system settings.

for anyone trying the beta is it possible to just turn off all the new aesthetic changes?
