The Eagles have been clearly the best team in the NFC since their week 5 bye. I have no idea what kind of tainted crack people were smoking to think Detroit was superior at any point. Since the bye they lost one game to the Commanders after they got lucky enough to hurt hurts and otherwise the birds knocked off contender after contender from both conferences in convincing fashion. I'm surprised how easily they handled the Chiefs but not THAT surprised.

It's been several YEARS now that the Eagles kind of looked unstoppable on paper before the season. Barkley and luck with injuries just made it possible to meet the potential. I don't even know how you gameplan to beat this team when they are healthy. I don't see any reason they shouldn't be the favorite for next year.

Jeffery Lurie is a great owner. Howie Roseman is a great GM. The Cowboys blow.
