May have been talked about already but if the raiders stick with minshew or that potato head oconnell I might end my life. Apparently they are gunning for sam darnold but who knows. Appreciate the dedication to the white QB meta game though.

No I agree, I am also a dork who likes those things but knows ball too. That said, typically people who do the "lol sportsball, amirite fellow redditors?" schtick are people who's whole life revolves around the gayest fucking shit imaginable, and probably wouldn't appreciate their favorite passtime being dismissed in the same glib way

This Raiders team was the worst I've seen since like 2006. I'd say they should try to draft Sanders, but this whole QB class is not good. Oline and defense both need basically a clean house also, this team has struggles almost everywhere. They have a lot of money going into this offseason though so I'm really curious to see what they'll do.

I think part of it is that people want football to be a True and Honest American sport again, but are also tired of the Chiefs. IIRC Mahomes got sacked like 6 times. Couple places in my town supported the Eagles, and someone who doesn't care much about it anymore told me, "The Chiefs have won enough."
