Kind of. It was years after he was out of the league and he was pretty firmly into his race grifter career change. He didn't say that it's a direct 1:1 thing (the NFL combine and slavery) though, just that NFL owners (not directly) poke around and examine the prospective players (most of whom are black of course) like slave owners would have.

It was definitely one of those "This must go so hard if you're retarded" moments.

I doubt Tomlin’s that petty, solely because he stops giving a shit once he gets over .500 because he knows he has job security. The Standard is the Standard.

If anything it’ll be another classic Ravens choke that puts the Steelers to 10-7.
