Reportedly, he wants to go to the Colts. Of course, there are several other teams looking for quarterbacks. The Saints will consider Winston their first option; he's also got an offer from the Colts. The only reason I see him not going there is if he asks the Saints for a long term deal or too much money. The Colts may get him instead. Then there's Seattle and Carolina, who both need quarterbacks bad. Then there's Atlanta, who may have burned their bridges with Matt Ryan, and may also be looking for a quarterback, but its uncertain yet.
Matt Ryan has a big extension on his contract and Atlanta should be looking to rebuild. Honestly, the Browns have 1 more year with Baker and could just sit him to be spiteful. Unless they get some kind of package that they find acceptable, they don't have to trade him

They are going to trade him. They got to get back some of the draft capital they traded away.
Yeah but teams know he is a liability now. They can't just expect to get anywhere near the draft capital they gave up for him unless a bidding war happens. And if Matt Ryan enters the market, nobody is gonna want to start that bidding war.

Speaking of the Falcons, AJ Green, Fornette, and Jarvis Landry were rumored to be free agent signings lined up for the Falcons until Watson decided to go to Cleveland. Oh what could have been ATL

Speaking of Landry, he's also been linked to the Saints. He may go there once the Saints lock down a quarterback.

So looking back at the Packers losing Adams, I came to an interesting thought that kind of pisses me off. Not sure if many people were watching but a lot of talking heads were calling Rodgers a diva for taking his time to make a decision about returning to the packers and finishing out his career. So, now knowing that Rodgers knew Adams was going to leave while making his decision, him taking his time to decide to finish his career makes more sense. Will these faggots who make a living talking on television apologize and walk it back or will we just have to wait until Rodgers does something they hate before they mention how much he makes them butthurt?

I was under the impression that Rodgers signed with the idea that Green Bay were going to try to keep Adams, not that he expected Adams to walk.

No, he knew Adams was going to walk. The Packers had offered the same deal that Oakland offered Adams but he wasn't going to sign the deal with the Packers. So they franchise tagged him and traded him. Rodgers knew

This off season is already fucking insane, and its litterally only March lol.

What's next, Matt Ryan to the Colts?

If anyone else wonders about my psychic abilities, the future will will bring a war between humanity and trannies. They shall be called "Terminators."

Also, great deal for the Colts. I think Matty Ice still has some gas in the tank, and Indy's o-line is legit. Taylor will help take some of the heat off as well. And it only cost them a 3rd.

I guess this means the Colts are out of the running for Winston, so he'll probably go to the Saints. But trading for only a single third round pick? Man, Ryan's stature really has fallen.
Jeremy Fowler says Winston and the Saints are closing in on a two year deal.

Amazingly, with Matt Ryan leaving, Tom Brady now has seniority in the NFC South with his current team at 2 years. Winston's only been with the Saints for 1 year (really only half), and the Panthers/Falcons are still looking for QBs.

Great deal for the Colts. With the Colts getting a QB, we are entering the darkest timeline for Baker. He was right in trying to get a deal to leave and Cleveland's front office looked like they had fucked themselves over. Now Cleveland's front office looks like they won this petty exchange between them and the QB they drafted to be the face of their franchise

The Falcons are taking a gamble on Marcus Mariota.
At this point I almost hope the Seahawks bring in Baker just so he isn't stuck having to sit behind Watson for all of next year, that would suck.
Like, Jimmy G is probably relatively ok with Lance starting next year and him getting dealt to a team early next season, but Baker must be fuming.

Baker absolutely lossed this entire QB free agency. Jimmy G is still on the market for most teams looking for a QB. And Idk who would be looking for a QB right now. Only place Mayfield has a better shot at going is Seattle just cause San Fran might not trade within conference.

This is downright hilarious:

Report: Meyer didn't know Aaron Donald, other star opposing players

Urban Meyer was even less prepared for the NFL than his brief time in charge of the Jacksonville Jaguars suggested.

The former Jaguars head coach was unfamiliar with star players around the league, including Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, San Francisco 49ers receiver Deebo Samuel, and Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams, reports Jayson Jenks and Mike Sando of The Athletic.

"Who's this 99 guy on the Rams?" Meyer asked one staffer during the season, a source told Jenks and Sando. "I'm hearing he might be a problem for us."

Meyer had said he conducted a six-month deep dive on the NFL prior to taking the job.

The Athletic's story also highlighted other reported allegations of mistreatment and unprofessionalism against Meyer, who apparently kicked kicker Josh Lambo during warmups and publicly called out receiver Marvin Jones, which led to a practice confrontation.

"The most toxic environment I've ever been a part of," a veteran member of the Jaguars' football operations staff said. "By far. Not even close."

Jacksonville fired the ex-Ohio State legend just 13 games into his first campaign after a 2-11 start.

Meyer said in January that his tenure with the AFC South club "was the worst experience I've had in my professional lifetime."

The Jaguars replaced Meyer with Super Bowl-winning coach Doug Pederson this offseason.
