Yes, that's the joke. The reason why the Patriots offense was so bad last year was because of Patricia. He got fired to turn the offense around. The offense is terrible this year. All they need to do is fire Patricia again to fix it. Perhaps if he had put an /sneed to help all the reddit autists. There have been a million excuses given for the Patriots mediocrity and now downright awfulness without Brady. Until now most people would not include Bill's terrible decision making as the reason why.

Look, the Packers have had their time in the sun. Now in exchange for that, they have to go join the Patriots and the Bears in the league's basement for a while. Watching the cope after having back to back Hall of Fame contenders at QB only to have the latest one be... honestly mid at best, if not outright bad, is going to be more amusing than watching their game against the Broncos in a couple weeks.

I really shouldn't take so much glee in it but watching Packers fans reckon with the reality of having a mediocre team and having to stare down a rebuild is probably gonna be even more enjoyable than watching Patriots fans do it. At least the Pats could pin it all on 1 player, the Packers have had 2 and been obnoxiously great for just about my entire lifetime.

I’m laughing at Carolina solely because even if they’re an 0-17 team, they don’t get anything for it - the Bears own their first round pick this year.

The Bears get 2 chances at Tank Bowl, at the expense of this years Lolcow Team. Anything beyond that is just laughing at a flailing retard.

I can't wait for them to cope so hard as to compare him to Payton Manning, who was kinda garbage his first year as a starter, while missing the fact that Payton won the starting job fair and square over whomever the current chump Indy had at QB when they drafted them, while Love was drafted 5 years too early to replace Aaron Rodgers instead of going out and getting him people to throw to so that they could win at least one more ring before the window closed.

As a Lions fan, this pleases me greatly after watching my team get tea-bagged by the Packers for most of my life to see them suffer and cope and seethe.

I also hope that Love gets a big extension, and that Chicago does absolutely nothing with the wave of first round picks that they'll surely get for being ass this year.

The word coming out from the Colts lockerroom was terrible. Guys were late to meetings, skipping treatment, all shit so unproffessional it could get your ass healthy scratched. Neither the coaching staff nor vets were keeping people accountable. I don't think the story ever made it to the national media. This comes from team staff to McAfee. They didn't give him names, but said something along the line of "some names even casual fans would know" or something to that effect.

Frank does not run a tight ship and I don't know that he's radically changed his coaching since getting shitcanned.
 
All I know is that the Cowboys are eternally doomed with Jerry Jones at the helm of the organization. Typically we are just good enough to make the playoffs, so we don't get any high draft picks, and lose in the first round of the playoffs. Not only is Jerry Jones a narcissistic retard but he cares far more about making money than creating a winning football team. Re-signing and overpaying Dak Prescott millions of dollars is only one of his latest blunders. If he was smart he would actually hire a GM who has real football knowledge to advise him on who to draft/re-sign but Jerry is in every sense of the word, a true narcissist.

The Dallas Cowboys are a sick organization and the sole cause of it is Jerry Jones. It's sad because the cowboys do have talent and potential but it is all being wasted.

Jerry fired the coach who got won him multiple Super Bowls because he was stealing too much of the spotlight and they still hate each other to this day. Who was it that put Jerry on the spot a couple years ago about putting Jimmy in the ring of honor? What a hilariously awkward moment. I hope Jerry lives to 200 and the AI he installed in the stadium takes over when he's dead. I could honestly see Jerry requiring that it takes over once it reaches a certain level of decision making ability as a stipulation for his kid assume ownership.

I never heard about this. Another reason to thank Irsay for firing that retard.

The national media was clowning on the Colts for firing that retard which was surprising because he clearly didn't accomplish anything. He was another slave to the analytics and was a QB whisperer who seemed to bring out the worst in everyone. Now he's the panthers problem.

I actually pulled the Brett Favre myself from a booster box of Fleer Ultra that I got as a Christmas present around... '93 or so? I think I pulled the Sanders from one of the many packs of sportsball cards I used buy loose as a kid instead of MTG Cards, like I should have.
