Love threw up a wobbly prayer, Greenlaw tried his very best to be a hero and almost gave up a fumble but the Niners move on I guess.

General final thoughts:

Purdy folds in the clutch and can't maintain his consistency. He's only "elite" when the Niners are playing from ahead and all of his All Pro level talent is around him. Niners secondary also looks like absolute dog shit.

I don't even know that they can represent the NFC like this, unless Deebo comes back and is the monster that he is (when healthy).

I feel so weird rooting for a city that should be nuked for the sake of humanity, but this is what happens when one of my major determinants is a White QB, a White Coach and a lot of White faces.

Detroit is also fun to root for but I don't know that they have the quality either to beat SF (on a good day) or anyone coming out of the AFC.

Which brings me to the team that I actually root for, the Bills...I've lived through too much Bills-related darkness and devastation to even try to believe, but I pray every night that the curse is lifted...in my lifetime, or until this Antichrist infested gay Earth implodes.

Well Grossi, your season's over but at least you had 50k people watching you at the end.

Much more entertaining game than Texans - Ravens.

For what was apparently supposed to be a rebuild year for the Packers, they did better than they had any right to this season. Jordan Love managed to develop - here’s hoping he doesn’t immediately regress next year

Also lul - San Fran was 0-30 in games where they were behind by 5 or more. Purdy might be a system QB, but at least the 49ers still own the Packers.

So, any bets Joe Barry gets fired after midnight, or did the defence managing to hold San Fran until the last minute save his job?

Anders Carlson dox
I am at his house right now waiting with a firearm
Seriously though, 2 missed easy Ints and a field goal
And that last pass, FML

Purdy is still relatively inexperienced. I think this thread is being way too harsh on him after this game. He's not like Justin Fields.
I'm on your side on this one.
I don't think that Purdy is a "system QB" who only works in the Niners offense.

He already showed that he has good decision making skills and even has an arm when he needs to.

I hope Deebo's injury isn't too bad, that also made things rougher for us. Now though I would be okay with anyone winning the NFC, obviously really pulling for the 49er's and then would want the Lions if not, but even the Bucs are a nice team to root for with Baker Mayfield. Fuck the Ravens and fuck the Chiefs, go Bills.

Can we not anoint Jordan Love as the next guy now? He's good but has some things to work on. Team needs some rebuild and the NFC is weak but this team is a long way from a super bowl
It's weird because the game ended on the same thing that was screwing the Packers earlier in the year that Love actually improved on for a while. And then he does that.

Texans
49ers
Bills
Lions
Fuck you.
Texans
Packers(but its going to be 49ers)

Fuck you.
Texans -,I think Baltimore is going to win but one can dream
Packers - Seeing GB finally being able to beat San Fran in the playoffs as soon as Rodgers leaves would be hilarious
Bills
Lions
Fuck you... and there's nobody to do the "You're cool" part, but I'm still out!

I'm not surprised that the Ravens won, but I thought it was going to be a much closer game. Baltimore has had a very dynamic defense which pairs well with their offense. I hate to give Baltimore any props, but they've just got great talented players. It's pretty hard to find a weakness to continually exploit when they keep changing their approaches to the game. It's impressive what they've built.
Baltimore's weakness is threefold; Bisciotti won't ever fire Harbaugh, which means we'll be stuck with his mediocrity until he has multiple losing seasons in a row, or he retires. Harbaugh will always hire his friends, which is admirable, but it fucking sucks when his friends are dogshit OCs like Cam Cameron, or GRo who have outlived their usefulness. B'more should have gone to multiple super bowls during the Flacco years but bad play calling and bad coaching decisions fucked the team.

Harbaugh's lack of preparation and his terrible clock management skills after being in the league for like 20 years. The Ravens have no real challengers this year for the super bowl other than the 49ers, and that's only if the 9ers look at their loss to us and gameplan effectively. But I would not be surprised if Harbaugh gets outcoached by whomever his next opponent is next week.

Calling someone a "system QB" is just a way for people to disregard above average white QBs. Notice how black QBs who change teams usually shit the bed harder than the so called System QBs.

Fuck you.
I'll take it. I thought Mark Andrews being inactive would be a bigger thing than it was.

For a rookie, he did very admirably. Unfortunately it was rookie mistakes that did him in, but I think Love has the capacity to learn and adapt. Green Bay will be a serious contender next year and I can't wait to see them and the Wions battle it out in the NFCN.
