As a Niners fan, I genuinely think the sole reason why the Niners will probably not win this year is Kyle Shanahan. Last night, although the first victory when trailing in the 4th Shanahan had in years, still displayed a lot of his most major flaws.

  • Nah dude, we totally shouldn't run our MVP candidate RB down the middle for a high percentage play on 1st and 10. Let's make Purdy pass to show those dickwipes he isn't a system QB once and for all.
  • Nah dude, we shouldn't use our timeouts before half so that we could give our rookie kicker better positioning.
  • Nah dude, we totally should just punt in the opp team's field on 4th in the last quarter.
  • Nah dude, we shouldn't send Juice in the backfield. The team, like, expects us to try to trick them with two in the backfield... or something.
  • Our defense bailed us out and I finally made the right call? Sweet.

CMC had 17 carries for 98 yards. Green Bay kept him in check all game and made him fight for that 5.8 yard average. If you can take that running game away from SF, you've got a better shot at putting pressure on Purdy Boy and forcing him into bad passes. I'm sure the Lions are going to keep Hutchinson on McCaffrey to eliminate the outside run and use Anzalone to defend the inside gaps.
 
Bills Defense looks lost against the Chiefs so far.

Bills might be ahead for now but their yards seem to be coming a lot harder than the Chiefs, who are moving at will.

This shit is so fucking infuriating.

Edit: Stupid Bills force a fumble and can't hold on to it even though that shitstain got his hands to it first.

I hate hearing Romo gargle the Chief's balls. No Romo, that wouldn't be a flag for a late hit, cause he was shoved into the player by another Chiefs player.

Maybe I should just stop supporting the Bills. I mean, I've lived through so much Bills-related pain and suffering that I'm starting to think I'm the problem.

Bills have been reduced to Allen playing hero ball and running whenever he can. Is Gabe Davis even playing ?

Edit: I do like that the Bills are trying to run the ball and control the clock. The issue is that this strategy involves being great defensively as well, which the Bills haven't been thus far.

Edit: Yes, let's burn timeouts on stupid shit on the fucking red zone in a game that will inevitably come down to whoever has the ball last...

Edit: ...and now a delay of game...fuck this shit.

Edit: Well, it worked out and of all people, SNEED gave up his very first TD on coverage on a 3rd and long in the red zone. Our Lord in Heaven, please tell me that this is a portent of the Bills being able to get through...

Edit: Bills defense can't stop the run and keeps trying to blitz Mahomes, which is a strategy that never, ever works.

The Chiefs are locked into stopping the run, so the Bills need to focus on the passing game. Now it looks like Shaqir is done though, so yet another passing game option out the fucking window.

If they can't stop this 3rd down then the Bills don't deserve to win this game.

Edit: Well, they finally get the ball back. I'm worried about the Bills options in the passing game because it's now Diggs and a whole bunch of literally who tier dumbasses out there. I guess Josh Allen could just take off running on each and every down...
