It's pretty obvious why Taylor Swift was a big part of the games this year. With the Election coming up and Biden not doing great right now they badly need an endorsement from her. I'm sure in 2020 when she endorsed Biden millions of her fans listened even if they knew nothing about politics or the two candidates. Heck, they probably don't even know the Chiefs play in Missouri and not Kansas. They were just told that Biden=Good and Trump=bad. With the country still in rough shape and Bidens health becoming more clear they desperately need an endorsement from her. Not getting one would be a big blow to Bidens campaign. I doubt Swift feels the effects of everything. She's rich so she doesn't feel the effects of inflation like everyone else. She lives in a protected neighborhood so she doesn't get the same crime. If she has kids she could sent them to private school and not worry about them getting a crap education. If Swift comes up and endorses Biden they are hoping that it would get millions of votes again. She has fans both young and old. It doesn't matter if Bidens memory is going. If she says he is better than the orange man many of them will listen. I doubt Swift will directly say "vote for Joe Biden". She might have lot fans back in 2020 by just endorsing him. She will just say go out and vote. But she is indirectly saying it. I think it would be smart of her not too. Just say vote for whoever they like and that she won't publicly say who she will vote for. It would make her look better. She can have her own personal opinion but let her fans too. It would also be fun to see the media get mad from it. When celebrities endorse someone they are telling their fans "Vote for who I want. Not for who you want."

Doug Walker made a pretty funny post though.

All jokes aside, I hope to god he retires soon so that this dynasty shit can die when Mahomes has no good receivers and Andy Reid runs out of ideas. Purdy proved he's got the stuff to succeed at a high level, the Lions have made the playoffs for the first time in ages, Lamar CONTINUES to choke in the playoffs, and the coaching landscape in the NFL is changing monumentally before our eyes. See you next season, lads.

It should've been anyone but the Chiefs but the AFC has sucked this way for a long time. We had the Bills, the Texans led by a rookie QB, the Browns led by Joe Flacco of all people, and the Steelers somehow hilariously bumbling their way into the playoffs. And what happens? It's Chiefs and Ravens, the most boring and predictable championship game. And of course Chiefs win the Super Bowl again. And the AFC is supposed to be the "good" conference. In Tom Brady's tenure as starting QB the Patriots won their division 17 times because the other three teams were for a majority of that time some of the worst in the League. In Mahomes tenure the Chiefs have won their division now 6 straight times because the other three teams have been some of the worst in the League.
 
What kind of blew my mind is how many women focused commercials there were after getting the Swift demo to watch. First commercial after the kickoff was a menopause pill one...followed by a bunch of Dove "Girls can play sports too!" ones (including getting fit for a sport bra).
